I had consulted another company whose prices were outrageous and I suspected the estimate given was for work I didn't need. That seemed to be the case once I had this company give me a quote for the same work. So glad I found Guardian Chimney Sweep and can highly recommend them for any fireplace needs.

Great experience. Our dryer vent needed to be cleaned very badly. I looked on the Next Door app and they had been recommended by several people. So, gave them a call. Friendly, punctual, and flat rate pricing. Was a GREAT experience and they did great work! I would recommend them to anyone.

Okay, I've lived in my house for more than 20 years. My wife likes the feel of a real fire in the fireplace, so over the course of those twenty years I've split a lot of logs and we have burned a lot of wood. We've also had lots of people come and clean our fireplace. Some were good, some not so good. I can easily say Guardian was the best (Even my mother-in-law liked them!). They were polite, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. The tech that came knew what he was doing and patiently explained the ins and outs of chimneys. We will use them again and I would recommend them to anyone that asks.

Charles is wonderful! He installed the gas logs and answered every question. He was patient and enthusiastic. From start to finish, this is quite possibly one of the most professional groups I have EVER had the pleasure to work with. I scheduled work for two separate homes and the workmanship, the professionalism, and the efficiency were stellar for both. Dee was responsive in scheduling my family and worked around a rather hectic schedule. On the day of service, the technician, Jake, called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He showed up exactly when the appointment was scheduled. Jake was extremely professional. He was patient with me as I had a lot of questions. He was thorough in his work. He offered several pointers for how to properly maintain our chimney system ourselves and he did not try to up-sell. The service was done to exceed my expectations and Jake kept the interior of the home clean. There were a few minor items/cracks that he repaired for no charge. He even was kind enough to re-arrange my fire logs to better dissipate heat/for better safety in both homes. I am truly amazed at how great both houses looked when the service was done. I also feel much safer during the next big "Texas Freeze"! In talking with Jake, I did not know how complex a chimney system could be. I am glad to know Dee, Jake and the Guardian team as I know that I'll be taken care of when future needs arise. Thank you Guardian for an incredible experience!

My wife and I just bought an older home that needed a lot of renovations. It’s also the first time either of us has had a fireplace in a home so we definitely wanted to get that checked out. Melissa came out to clean and inspect our gas assisted wood burning fireplace (we didn’t even know gas assisted fireplaces were a thing) Melissa was GREAT! She was very professional and super knowledgeable. She took the time to explain our system to us and answer all of our questions. This company will be who we use for further services, and we will request Melissa from here on out!
