We are currently inspecting a home near Lowry Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418. During the inspection, we noticed that a chimney fire had caused cracks and damage to the chimney liner. There is a significant amount of creosote buildup in the system. The fire department removed the flue caps, so we reinstalled them to prevent animals from entering the system until it can be repaired.
