We wanted to showcase a project we completed near Armour Terrace, St. Anthony, MN.
On this project, we tuckpointed the stone chimney due to deteriorated mortar joints and water leaking into the home. After the tuckpointing was completed, we installed a new chimney crown with a 2-inch overhang on all sides to bring it up to code. We also applied a sealant to help prevent water from penetrating the masonry materials.
