Today, Guardian Chimney Solutions performed an inspection on a chimney near Arden Vista Ct. in Arden Hills. The chimney cap had blown off during a recent windstorm. Upon evaluation, it was revealed that the cap had been attached to a damaged flue tile, which could no longer hold the cap securely. The chimney will need to be repaired, and a new flue tile must be installed to properly reinstall the chimney cap.
