Our water pressure regulator valve started leaking on a recent Saturday. I called several different plumbing companies but no one answered the phone. I was prompted to leave a message. Robert was quick to answer the phone and offered to come over within 30 minutes. He showed up on time, immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away without charging extra, other than the usual trip fee. We were so impressed by his honesty because some of the companies I left messages with, returned my calls and said that the pressure regulator itself needed to be replaced. Robert quickly diagnosed that the water pressure was too high and indeed the regulator was working fine. He adjusted the water pressure and fixed the leak. I will highly recommended Guaranteed Plumbing to anyone looking for an honest and reasonable plumber.

Robert came to my house at the time he said he would; he did what he said he would do for the price he quoted me. What else can you ask for? I was pleased enough with his service that I recommended him to my management at Victor Villa. As a bonus he was able to take care of my drain problem withing two hours of our conversation on a Sunday. If I have a plumbing problem in the future I will call him again.

He did a few jobs at my house the past few years. I have a tenant staying here who is mentally unstable, and is a family member. To shorten the story, I am in the process of evicting this family member. This plumber last came to my house a little over a month ago to change my garbage disposal. He asked me if I used the washing machine without letting me know that if he didn’t cover the hole that it would cause another leak to my kitchen floor. I am now having a major leak from the hole that he left open when he changed the garbage disposal. When I called him to fix the problem that he caused and left, he said he refused right to do service because of comments this family member I spoke of earlier has made, which I have no idea what was said because he won’t tell me. Although he has met him before and he is aware that he is mentally unstable, he now is refusing service, won’t answer my phone calls, and won’t refer to an associate to fix the problem he caused.
