The price was fair and the workmanship was excellent. Our roof is no easy task—it has multiple angles and presented a bit of a challenge. But the team removed the old roof, installed the new one, and completed a spotless cleanup all in a single day. They arrived at 8 a.m. and were done by 6 p.m.—efficient and thorough. Luis and his team are phenomenal!! They did my entire roof/ skylight (recently) and my shingles (about a year ago). In fact, I previously got my roof done by another company three years ago and it was horrible but Guaillas roofing came in and showed out! Changed everything and made my home safe, secure and finally water proof/ sealed again! I am so grateful to have me met them. I would recommend them hands down for quality, performance, pricing and expertise. They are an honest company who doesn’t ask for money until the job is done and the customer is happy. Contacted them and immediately got a response. Next day they came and did a quote, best price quoted in the area so don’t waste your time going to other people! They came and did the work the day after! Within 3 days my gutters were all linstalled and look great!

Luis's company came out promptly on the given day as promised. His crew worked quickly and efficiently, replacing the entire thing in one day (9 hours). They cleaned up everything upon completion. There was no evidence of any debris left behind. They even installed the new attic fan for us. We were beyond impressed with the professionalism and work ethic. Luis came out upon completion to run through the work his crew completed with me and ensure we were satisfied with the job. They even supplied me with pictures from multiple angles, including an aerial shot. Highly recommend this company!

Excellent service, these guys are pros! We had our roof done and it was a pleasure working with Guaillas. From the estimate that Luis did to the clean up at the end. The crew was polite and professional and not only did an amazing job on the roof they left our yard and surrounding area neater than it was before they started. We had de icing cables on our old roof and I was concerned about having them removed carefully and replaced after they roofed but they actually just installed new ones for us at no additional fee! Jessica in the office was easy to deal with as far as communication and Victor was a gentleman. He came at the end of the job to insure that everything was perfect. As an ex contractor who did quite a bit of roofing in the 80s and 90s I can assure you that you will be 💯 satisfied with this company. Great job guys , I’m happy to recommend them to anyone who needs a roof .

I hired Guaillas roofing to do a job on my country home in the Catskills,the job was a little out of the way and presented some challenges,from start to finish the job they did was outstanding,done professionally with attention to detail,being in the building trades business myself i work with roofers everyday and i know quality materials a great crew and quality work when i see it,if you hire Guaillas to do your roof you are hiring the A-TEAM!! This company is nothing short of amazing. From the estimate to the installation, the communication, professionalism, and impeccable workmanship, Luis and the crew handled it all with ease. I recommend Guaillas to anybody from single family homeowner to commercial and mutiple family dwellings. They completed the re-roofing from tear off, all skylight replacement, plywood, all inspections for 32 homes in 2 weeks. 32 Homeowners and the HOA are extremely satisfied with the process, and the beautiful results. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I do not hesitate to recommend them for ANY project they take on. Needed to replace my 26 yr old roof, contacted Guaillas Roofing, spoke with Jessica, very nice and super helpful. Had an appointment a few days after with Luis to give me a quote on a new roof and gutters. Very reasonable pricing and they did the job the following week all in one day. Exceptionally neat and cleanup after they were done, explained everything they did after they were done, and even took care of somethings i didnt even know about. Great company and employees!!
