Always find something I need or want at a good price. Customer service is great at the checkout. They are kind and flexible with helping us get access to coupons. This time the Kombucha had me here twice in one week.

This place is a treasure trove of stuff! The big deal of the day was organic eggs for 50 cents per dozen! These eggs are $10 normally!!

Great experience at this gtm store. Nice products and very good prices, especially the staff. I forgot my card, and one of the ladies (I didn’t catch her name) called me right away so I could come back and pick it up. Really appreciate the honesty and excellent customer service.

The staff is very helpful snd personable. Great deals on name brand products. I got my 65” Samsung TV for under $400. I’ll definitely be back.

Never been inside the store. Decided to give it a shot. Left after 5 minutes. Store smells horrible. Didn't find a single thing I went in for. I tried to exit the store but there's no obvious way out , other than through tight cashier lanes. The security guy was a total tool, very rude. Will happily never return.

I used to love GTM. It had loads of open pkg Costco products (high VALUE) and they were fabulous deals. Now I find little, exhaustingly SLOW check-out lines, all Spanish-speaking, with carts loaded to the brim with hundreds of tiny random purchases. Takes FOREVER. TIME is money and it's not worth it to me. And so many items are EXPIRED. Bought 2 chips @ 1.98 ea, tossed them as we took them out of town, same day we bought them. Expired overv2 months ago!

Not the best inventory, but their prices were great. I was able to find several items i needed. Most likely will return to do more shopping. I was very sad to find out, that their Lemon Grove location was closed.

Alex is the best! The guys who help load big stuff are polite and helpful! Little bit of a wait to load but it’s worth it for all good stuff you find !

There is one cashier that is just so rude. She literally was throwing all of my things that I bought like throwing them and just said “there are the bags and was throwing everything!” I wasnt rude or anything just kept smiling and i said oh thank you so much at the end and she didnt even bother. This has been the 3rd time I get her and I just thought to myself maybe shes having a bad day, but NO. That means no more going to her lane. There are only a couple of nice employees at both chula vista dn santee GTMs. Who knows why!

I can’t remember the name of the girl that checked me out, but she had long reddish hair And The top of her head was pulled into these tiny little, I think roses and she was so pretty and so kind and so helpful. She was working at the electronics cash register, and I only had one item and I asked her if she would help me and she said sure with a smile, the lines were so long and I had to be somewhere and I couldn’t wait in the lines. Had she not helped me, I probably would’ve left the item and GTM would’ve lost the sale. She was so kind to help me and with a smile on her face she is a true asset to the GTM family.
