Always find something I need or want at a good price. Customer service is great at the checkout. They are kind and flexible with helping us get access to coupons. This time the Kombucha had me here twice in one week.

Alex is the best! The guys who help load big stuff are polite and helpful! Little bit of a wait to load but it’s worth it for all good stuff you find !

I can’t remember the name of the girl that checked me out, but she had long reddish hair And The top of her head was pulled into these tiny little, I think roses and she was so pretty and so kind and so helpful. She was working at the electronics cash register, and I only had one item and I asked her if she would help me and she said sure with a smile, the lines were so long and I had to be somewhere and I couldn’t wait in the lines. Had she not helped me, I probably would’ve left the item and GTM would’ve lost the sale. She was so kind to help me and with a smile on her face she is a true asset to the GTM family. Thank you so much Patricia Puckett.

I was so happy to see my favorite friendly helpful Lemon Grove customer service and security faces. When I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello how have you been? We missed you. It is so great to know that even with all the people they have come in contact with on a daily basis that being one of many I'm recognized. This makes the shopping experience so much better. The young man with the best nails on a man that I've seen. That is always willing to help you find what you need and answer any question you have with a smile. The security gaurd that would help me to my car at night and when I was having trouble walking it was great to see them again. I'm glad that GTM kept these AMAZING employees.

There is a little bit of everything in the store. Awesome deals and coupons. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was able to save money on some iteams that I normally buy elsewhere. I most definitely will shop there again.

The one thing I can share right now is this customer who was really over the top belligerent to the cashier at the next register. I was feeling for that girl she was really trying and it made my day to see the manager step up there and "Show ..... him. ......the.....door." it was just great to see a boss back up his employees.

Judy, GTM Staff, and all the staff at GTM are very pleasant, hard workers and very patient….Please give them a raise or bonuses…. I’ve shopped GTM since the late 80s since it was located on G St in Downtown San Diego! Best store and best deals ever! ( GTM Santee Store)

I'm very sorry that GTM Lemon Grove had to close down. It was always well organized, well lit, wide aisles and well stocked. I've been to the Santee store a few times. It's nothing like L.G. sadly. It's cramped, some aisles are so tight and overall the store is dimly lit, feels odd. Not to mention some areas are bursting with odd and ends. If you try to pull one item orher stuff comes down too!!! I'll be spacing my visits. I don't know when I'll be back. Sorry but there it is.

The aisles are a bit cramped and messy, but that’s to be expected with as much Christmas stuff is all over and stacked high. Prices are always good!!
