GTE Grid is an efficient company to sort out electrical issues. Thumbs up ,I am very impressed, quick even in supplying a profound report. Well done

Installed floodlights across the road from my property that light up my home and my kid's rooms (through blockout curtains!) When I called to chat to him about it, he was very rude, telling me that I'm wrong. He also told me I sound like one of those people that likes to complain. (first time for me). This lead to a heated exchange in which he threatened me twice. The only reason I called him was to ask for the owner's details so I could get them to come see for themselves (they rent the house out). Will update tonight with photos to prove my point.

Did not mention a call out when quoted but did after the job. Called me 3 times to clarify the situation and I sent a whatsapp message and he still brought the wrong materials. I said that i have outlets that trip when I put them on and a light switch that needs to be replaced. When the guy came he said that the outlets are fine there's nothing to fix .so he only changed the light switch and ONLY THEN mentioned a call out fee , insane ,these people want to charge you r500 to screw in a light bulb? There's a reason why businesses stay small it's because the owners aren't knowledgeable about customer relations nor comprehend criticism . Please, send this manager for mental help or atleast a class to manage his emotional sensitivity because his feelings matter more than professionalism . Also this guy is like 50 and man's don't know anything about accountability yikes. Lol and another review said the owner threatened them. This is not a credible business. 0 out 5 stars

Grid Tech completed a few items in my house that were left un-operational by other contractors. From quotation to job completion the team was very professional, on time and delivered quality work. I would definitely recommend Grid Tech.
