I make the call quick respond immediately when I finish giving the information. I will say like 3to 5min the driver say he's was on the way. And very friendly and great customer service. Am very satisfied with the service. The driver very nice guy and very respectful person when now and days we do not get that around no more thanks for your service guy.

I called these guys and they sent me a towing truck in less than 20 minutes ; friendly, reasonable prices; definitely would recommend them to friends and family.

Gruas towing was a great experience. The price was excellent and fair compared to most other companies I called. Service was expedient, the truck arrived within 25 mins. After it was delivered to it's destination, he sent me pictures reassuring me the job was complete. It was quick, hassle free, professional and the price was great ! Highly recommend !

Driver in a red Gruas Towing Truck cut us off in thick traffic and just about caused a wreck. All to try to get ahead in traffic. Then cut us off again less than a mile down the road. Diving in and out of thick traffic in a 30ft truck. I wouldn't work with them or trust them to tow my car.
