I worked with Tristan over 6 sessions, and by the end of the coaching I had a much greater understanding of my values and what was most important to me. This not only gave me a better sense of inner peace, but allowed me to start taking control of my career and work towards moulding it in a way that brings greater benefit to my employer whilst giving me a greater sense of fulfilment. I would highly recommend working with Tristan if you find yourself at a career cross roads.

Working with Tristan has been very much useful for me. Tristan is a very great listener and really took his time to understand the situation and the person he is coaching before he makes assumption. In the communication, he always asked what I expected and was also super clear what to expect from the session and him. The coaching sessions were a great eye opening for me and just pushed me harder to understand myself better. I am applying it more and more not only in my work life but also daily life.

Tristan has a great style in guiding the conversation and tapping into the right topics. The sessions were laid-back and it was always easy and comfortable to talk about personal topics. He has enough structure to guide the thought process but he's also open for changing the plan when needed. Happy to recommend him!

I came into coaching with a very clear professional goal and am leaving with so much personal growth and self-insight, that the professional objective is now a mere byproduct of a much happier, clearer "me".
