Ground Shuttle College Station

I’ve used them a few times, they offer a very punctual, clean, and effective service. The drivers are knowledgeable (though I forgot mines name, he wasn’t the friendliest of personalities. But that’s ok) The ac wasn’t working very well on the van I rode, and i was worried about the lacking delicacy that the driver was handling the baggage with it looked rather rough. The service is kinda pricey, and with no cash refund. But my main issue with them is their pickup location in college station is just awful, it’s far away from any brazos valley or Aggie spirit busses (for a service that should provide a car free way to the airport) and they offer no alternative pickups. I’d give them 5 stars if they did pickup from a place thats not a mandatory uber/lyft to get to like the BTD transportation center or somewhere on Tamu campus. Their center IS a nice place to wait too, but it’s too far out of town to not require a car to get to. So until this changes I can’t give them that much more praise. I’d love to change my review if they negotiated a deal with BTD to offer pickup and drop off at their transit center in town. For some quick math, a uber from around Tamu campus to their center is around 20$, plus tip is 24$, then it’s 12$ to your home in cstat/bryan. So if you have their included baggage, plus the ride to them, and the 55$ each way. That’s an extra 144$ to your travel expenses. And for all the hassle of IAH, and a multileg journey like that, to me it’s rarely worth the discounted air fare. Usually when I do the math, easterwood works out to be comparable in price.

I frequently fly into Houston from New York and always use the Ground Shuttle service to and from College Station. I’ve never had any issues—drivers are consistently pleasant, and the vehicles are always clean and well maintained. I will continue to rely on this excellent service every time.

My first ride from college station to the airport. It was surprisingly comfortable and my driver was very polite. Give me a courtesy call prior to check-in. This is a very convenient service. I will use them again

Their driver - whose phone contact shows as "J Da Boss" - was extremely unresponsive and wouldn't wait for my passengers one minute and just drove off. Their office made up excuses that my passengers were at the wrong terminal. An Uber was half the price (60$ versus 110$) and arrived in minutes! I don't usually bother to write reviews but this got me angry enough. Don't waste your time and energy on this company!!!

The place itself is hygienic and decorated nicely. They have snacks, outlets, water, and nice workers -- everything you want in a terminal for shuttles. The ride itself was good. It was a little bumpy but otherwise fine. I had an outlet and a comfortable seat, for me, since I have very long legs, my knees hit the back of the seat in front of me. But it wasn't a huge issue.

I’ve been using Ground Shuttle College Station to IAH and viceversa for the past year or so. It is extremely convenient and great to use. The customer service is great and the buses are comfortable. I am constantly traveling for client meetings and they never disappoint. Always on time and always reliable. I highly recommend!

I've taken this shuttle service multiple times, and it’s been great every single time. All the drivers are very kind and professional, and the vans are always in great condition; clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. On my most recent trip, my flight was delayed by two hours, and I ended up arriving about 30 minutes late for the last shuttle of the day. I messaged the driver, Jabari, from the plane, and he was incredibly patient and reassuring. He and the other passengers kindly waited for me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. After such a long travel day, that level of care really made a difference. Truly amazing service. Highly recommend!

I'm traveling on them three times per month. So far, 100% reliable. The vans are mostly comfortable and the drivers are friendly. Continental/United was never this good. Well worth the money. Whilst in the darkest hours of the night my chauffeur ensured my safety by walking me and my luggage all the way up to my front door and into my husband’s loving arms. He went way above and beyond at the airport maintaining a constant contact with me while I was lost; he found me then helped me find my luggage - all at the latest of moments for his schedule. He fought for my being there like he cared; later as he dropped off folks one by one i determined that he does care. This morning - a different driver - called me fifteen minutes early to prompt my arrival. The chauffeurs Ground Shuttle employs very much care about their riders.vans are clean, shiny sleek black modernized 5 seat rows seating 8-10. Zero odors- comfy temp-safe drivers - excellent service with overall.
