Ground Shuttle College Station

I’ve used them a few times, they offer a very punctual, clean, and effective service. The drivers are knowledgeable (though I forgot mines name, he wasn’t the friendliest of personalities. But that’s ok) The ac wasn’t working very well on the van I rode, and i was worried about the lacking delicacy that the driver was handling the baggage with it looked rather rough. The service is kinda pricey, and with no cash refund. But my main issue with them is their pickup location in college station is just awful, it’s far away from any brazos valley or Aggie spirit busses (for a service that should provide a car free way to the airport) and they offer no alternative pickups. I’d give them 5 stars if they did pickup from a place thats not a mandatory uber/lyft to get to like the BTD transportation center or somewhere on Tamu campus. Their center IS a nice place to wait too, but it’s too far out of town to not require a car to get to. So until this changes I can’t give them that much more praise. I’d love to change my review if they negotiated a deal with BTD to offer pickup and drop off at their transit center in town. For some quick math, a uber from around Tamu campus to their center is around 20$, plus tip is 24$, then it’s 12$ to your home in cstat/bryan. So if you have their included baggage, plus the ride to them, and the 55$ each way. That’s an extra 144$ to your travel expenses. And for all the hassle of IAH, and a multileg journey like that, to me it’s rarely worth the discounted air fare. Usually when I do the math, easterwood works out to be comparable in price.

I’ve been using Ground Shuttle College Station to IAH and viceversa for the past year or so. It is extremely convenient and great to use. The customer service is great and the buses are comfortable. I am constantly traveling for client meetings and they never disappoint. Always on time and always reliable. I highly recommend!

We have used this service for last 3 years and spent quite a sizable amount of money with the company. We were left stranded at IAH tonight, as it was the last shuttle. The driver showed no compassion and we were in communication with driver as our flight was delayed. We were outside with bags 4 minutes after scheduled departure. We are now waiting for family member to drive from Bryan to IAH to pick us up. So disappointed. Not a company which warrants our loyalty. Can anyone recommend other private drivers? This company is in dire need of competition.

Whilst in the darkest hours of the night my chauffeur ensured my safety by walking me and my luggage all the way up to my front door and into my husband’s loving arms. He went way above and beyond at the airport maintaining a constant contact with me while I was lost; he found me then helped me find my luggage - all at the latest of moments for his schedule. He fought for my being there like he cared; later as he dropped off folks one by one i determined that he does care. This morning - a different driver - called me fifteen minutes early to prompt my arrival. The chauffeurs Ground Shuttle employs very much care about their riders.vans are clean, shiny sleek black modernized 5 seat rows seating 8-10. Zero odors- comfy temp-safe drivers - excellent service with overall.

Great service. Both the departure and arrival were on time. The driver was careful and very helpful loading and unloading my luggage. Will definitely use this service again.

I’ve had no issues with ground shuttle up until this point. My luggage had been placed on a separate flight and I was waiting for it to arrive. IAH said it was going to arrive before my ground shuttle would arrive. When my driver, Tommy, texted me to confirm his time of arrival and the terminal, I let him know in advance that we were waiting for my luggage to unload. At this point it was 1:24, my luggage was estimated to arrive at around 1:40, our departure time was at 1:45. Tommy calls me at 1:38 to tell me that he is at our terminal. I explained that my luggage wasn’t out yet, and asked if there was any way they could please wait, since it would be out in less than 5 minutes. I was told no, that he could not wait for me, and I could just wait for the next ground shuttle. I asked him what time the next ground shuttle would be, he said 3:15, during our phone call he was very short with me, and rude. I had been traveling in airports since 7pm on the 20th at this point and was exhausted. Once we made it to the ground shuttle we were the last ones to board the bus, which, after reading the FAQ’s, I understand Tommy could have waited 5-10 minutes for my luggage to arrive, but chose not to. I have attached the FAQ below. Now, after being stuck in airports and airplanes for over 12 hours, I have to return home with none of my toiletries or medication and wait for IAH to ship me my luggage, which could take a week. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. What if my flight is on time but there is a delay with immigration, or the luggage carousel and I can’t make it by the departure time? A. The driver scheduled for your trip will try to contact you via text or call.  Please reply to the driver as soon as possible.  If the driver can contact you before departure time, he can wait 5 additional minutes.  if you cannot make it in those 5 minutes and the next shuttle has seats available, we will transfer you to the next shuttle.  If the next shuttle is fully booked, the driver can wait 5 more minutes, a total of 10 minutes from departure time. After this, the driver will depart. If you cannot make it, you must call our office and we will try to accommodate on the first available shuttle.  International numbers are an exception to this rule as sometimes we don’t have a way to communicate with you.  The only exception to this is the last shuttle of the night. These drivers can wait a maximum of 15 minutes to do our best to not leave passengers behind. These waiting times are not GUARANTEED. We will try to do our best especially if the next shuttle is fully booked. We believe these procedures are fair to both set of passengers, those on time and those a little delayed.

I've taken this shuttle service multiple times, and it’s been great every single time. All the drivers are very kind and professional, and the vans are always in great condition; clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. On my most recent trip, my flight was delayed by two hours, and I ended up arriving about 30 minutes late for the last shuttle of the day. I messaged the driver, Jabari, from the plane, and he was incredibly patient and reassuring. He and the other passengers kindly waited for me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. After such a long travel day, that level of care really made a difference. Truly amazing service. Highly recommend!

The place itself is hygienic and decorated nicely. They have snacks, outlets, water, and nice workers -- everything you want in a terminal for shuttles. The ride itself was good. It was a little bumpy but otherwise fine. I had an outlet and a comfortable seat, for me, since I have very long legs, my knees hit the back of the seat in front of me. But it wasn't a huge issue.

I'm traveling on them three times per month. So far, 100% reliable. The vans are mostly comfortable and the drivers are friendly. Continental/United was never this good. Well worth the money. I used Ground Shuttle College Station for the first time last week. I had one issue and it was resolved quickly. I will use them again as this service saves me from bothering my people for a ride in a timely manner, using up my friends time etc. Plus Ground Shuttle College Station takes me right to my house for a small extra fee.
