Grogan Mechanical

From the initial quote to the final install I had a great experience with Grogan Mechanical. Chris was great and provided a variety of different furnace + AC options to meet my needs and budget. I appreciate their system that sent me alerts to the status of my proposals and tech visit. Would definitely recommend and use them again for heating and cooling services.

Oh my goodness, I am thankful for Trent at Grogan Mechanical. He was very informative, communicative, and punctual. He was able to fix the issue with my thermostat within less than an hour after a previous company took several hours with no resolution. He came on time and walked me through the steps needed for my new thermostat and heating system. Thank you, Trent!!

Our technician, Jake, was super friendly and took the time to really understand our heating issues before diving into the inspection. He explained everything clearly, but sadly, he couldnt fix it on the spot since it involved some complex ductwork. Still, Grogan Mechanical has always been our go-to for HVAC needs, and we trust them completely. 👍

I called Grogan Mechanical when my heater stopped working. The technician came out the same day and fixed my heater. He was friendly and knowledgeable of my heating unit. My air went out on a very hot summer day! I called all around and wasn’t able to get anyone to come out! A friend gave me the number of the owner of Grogan Mechanical. The owner answered the phone and immediately sent one of his workers! My air was fixed and for a very reasonable price! I felt like the owner took pride in his work and his customers! I highly recommend this company!

Chris P. just replaced our 22yr old, malfunctioning wall thermostat. He was punctual, SUPER friendly, quick, and very affordable! When I called to make the appt., the office rep was very sweet, too— I believe her name was Lily. Will def recommend to others!

Tent was very respectful and did an amazing job. We had a whole fan and Motor that needed to be replaced and he did his work in a timely manner and was very polite. Would not recommend! Had them come out to diagnose why my house does not cool efficiently and after the technician left at 3 the house remained in the 80°’s even until past 7! This is unacceptable as I am already paying a PG&E bill of $800-$1000 a month! Do not spend your money here !

Great service. On time and quickly diagnosed the issue with my heating AC. They found a loose wire tucked way inside unit in my attic. Not way to get to. Who use again.
