Kerrick, the chimney expert, came to our home on time and did a great job fixing our fire place and ensuring our chimney was clean and ready for the winter. He was knowledgeable, professional, tidy and even kind to our animals! We will definitely use Grizzly’s Chimney Service again in the future.

Brad and his staff are responsive. You never have to wonder what is going on. I had a leak due to multiple issues with my chimney. And it is now bone dry thanks to him. Brad, replaced I would say ten or more bricks, repointeo the chimney, and coated the crown. He and his crew were professional from start to finish and didn't leave a speck of brick in the yard or on my roof. The price was absolutely phenomenal. He is a straight shooter. Look no further. I am going to be having him back for more work. Please note that the pics are not the finished product at the moment. Brad is coming back to clean the brick and sheathing completely and to seal the brick and mortar. I will update the photos when he is completely finished.

From start to finish, Michelle and Brad were an absolute pleasure to work with. We inherited a gas fireplace when we moved, and had always wanted to have a wood fireplace like in our old home. After trying several other options, I finally got recommended to Grizzly's. They helped me identify the make and model of my existing gas fireplace and connected me with another company that helped to confirm that it was a hybrid model that can do gas and wood, so I set about planning a Christmas surprise for my wife. Michelle helped me pick out fireplace accessories over the phone and text, and even placed an order on their Amazon account for something they didn't have so that my wife wouldn't see the purchase in our Amazon account. She even made sure that the scheduled visit was early enough in the day that it could be completed before my wife came home and could have a big surprising reveal. Brad was super friendly and inspected the chimney and cap and had my full confidence. He removed the old gas log, and then bagged and boxed it up so we could keep it in case we ever decide to go back to gas. He was also very mindful about the dust and ash and made sure things were spotless before the job was done. The icing on the cake was that since it was a gas fireplace, Brad was able to install a gas starter so we can turn on the gas to get the logs started and don't even need to use fire-starters! My wife and I are SO pleased to have a wood-burning fireplace just in time for Christmas!

I recently had Grizzly's install a new wood-burning stove. A+ service. Quick and efficient. And, with an attention to detail that showed they weren't just interested in doing the job, but in doing the job right!

Brad did a great job rebuilding our brick chimney from the bottom up! He carefully selected the brick to match our home! He and his crew worked extremely hard in the high temperatures! Brad also installed our gas log fireplace, which we love! Michell was excellent to work with for scheduling and ordering!! Thank you so much Grizzly’s, for a job well done! ❤️

Brad instantly impressed me as an honest, upright dependable contractor. I had a chimney in severe disrepair that had to be rebuilt. He gave me a fair estimate, great suggestions to improve the chimney for our use and a scheduled time to begin. The date was a few weeks in advance, but in spite of difficulties beyond his control, he managed to start on the day that he promised, did great work and completed on time.
