Grinder Pump Gurus

My grinder pump in Daphne was shorting and wouldn’t run. They came out first thing in the morning and got it fixed up. They did their best to fix parts so I didn’t have to buy a whole new pump. Would recommend!

I recently had my grinder pump repaired by Grinder Pump Gurus, and I am extremely pleased with the service. Wes diagnosed the issue quickly, communicated clearly about the repair and tank cleaning process, and had everything completed sooner than expected. The pricing was honest and fair, and the quality of work shows. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and honest grinder repair work.

My Grinder pump went out on a Saturday morning. They sent Andrew out that morning and he found my pump was bad and needed to be replaced. He got me set up with a temporary fix so I could make it till Monday morning when he could get the parts to replace the pump and controller. He showed up on Monday morning and replaced the pump during a rain storm. I do have to admit the cost was more than I was quoted by some other companies for a replacement system but it was with the same (Taiwanese ) pump that only lasted 4.5 years. The replacement (keen) pumps was made in the USA and has a good reputation for quality pumps. Also, this system has replaceable components in the control box so I felt it was a higher quality system and paid the extra cost in the hope that it will last longer than the original.

I’m not one to leave 5 stars unless 100% perfect, this is 4.75 stars simply because I wasn’t informed of the minimum price of an evaluation when I first called but I also didn’t ask so I thinks it’s fair to round it up to 5 stars. They were willing to work with me and went above and beyond after that and I will absolutely call them when I am able to replace my grinder pump (although they do offer financing as well). Does my yearly maintance for my grinder pump and tankless gas hot water heater. Also, helped hook up gas grill. Great guys. Will see them again next year!

Grinder pump quit working. Called Grinder Pump Gurus. They had a 5 star rating. Andrew arrived promptly. Diagnosed the problem. Andrew cleaned out the pit and replaced the wires and floats. He was very knowledgeable of the job and explained things to me. Andrew was very courteous and completed the job in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend Grinder Pump Gurus.

My neighbor let me know my grinder pump light had just came on I called grinder gurus that same night they came out the next day fixed the problem and also fixed additional problems the previous home owner left behind, when I say the customer service is excellent, and they are very honest people will not try to sell you anything that you don't need for them to make a profit. I highly recommend them for any grinder pump issues and water heater.

Great company to work with. We started having problems with our grinder pump right before Thanksgiving. They help me walk through a few steps to get me up and running until they could get out here for their appointment. When they got here, they did an absolutely fantastic job would highly recommend.
