I had a great experience with Grimes Services from start to finish. They were extremely responsive, easy to communicate with, and quick to get me scheduled. The crew was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the results exceeded my expectations. Everything was cleaned up nicely, and the difference before and after is night and day (see photos). I’m very happy with the outcome and impressed with how smooth the whole process was. I highly recommend Grimes Services and will definitely use them again in the future!

I live in Lufkin and after getting a recommendation from a coworker, I called and Scott and he came out looked everything over and gave me a bid which was very reasonable. I had trees to cut and trimming done. It looks way better after he and his crew got finished . Also, I like the fact that he was on time and let me know exactly when he was gonna be here and he was here when he said he was going to be. He did everything in my yard that I asked him to and probably a little bit more but it looks wonderful and I definitely recommend him to anybody who needs tree work done.

Scott Grimes and his team did a Fantastic Job for us today! His employees were prompt, courteous, and very respectful of our property. They were in and out within 2 hours to remove a couple of large trees and several limbs that were overhanging our house. Also, multiple stumps were removed completely by Scott with his grinding machine. All for a very reasonable price. We will trust them to do more work for us in the future. Highly recommended!

Scott and his crew did an amazing job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and handled the trimming and removal of a dangerous tree right next to our house. After the recent ice storm, the tree was at serious risk of falling, and it wasn’t in an easy spot to reach—but they took care of it with skill and confidence. Absolutely 100% quality service and professional customer service. After getting a few quotes from local Tree Service providers, I was able to get the best rate with Grimes Services. The entire process was excellent from start to finish. Communication was consistent and prompt throughout. The team worked in unison like a finely tuned machine! Very efficient. They were able to safely take down 10 total trees, haul off the debris and grind all tree stumps within 6 hours. The clean-up was immaculate. They even raked and smoothed out the huge piles of mulch from the stump grinding. I would definitely call on Grimes Services again when needed and highly recommend their services!

Our place in Tyler, needed a makeover and Scott and his crew came in and got our tree removed and stump grinded to perfection. Also cleaned up my other trees too. If you’re looking for a reliable company that is professional, he is the man to call!

Had a bad ice storm here these past couple days, called Mr Scott up and told him what I had, him and his crew got here in Buffalo very quick and had the tree removed from my house in no time! Super clean also!

The service was exceptional that derives from a combination of skill and experience this crew demonstrated! It was a pleasure to watch and admire. I would highly recommend them if you have trees that are dying or danger to falling on your home due to storms and drought conditions. The bigger the job .. better your expenses. It took them an entire day to down four trees 100’ plus that were in between electrical poles and the house. Work included hauling off the trees and stumps were grounded. They moved with precision and ensured I was satisfied. I recommend them to anyone who wants to get it done before it’s too late ⏰.
