Phenomenal company that goes above and beyond. Our family genuinely appreciates their vast array of skills, rapid response, expertise & professionalism. We had multiple issues and in a matter of days we had two different people out to the house to take care of everything. They are fast and professional and do excellent work!!! I forgot to take pictures but we had issues ranging from leaking pipes, to stuff stuck in our drain (kids), electrical outlet issues, post-fire check of electrical in addition to the install of a dishwasher. We will continue to use their services! Adding update- had HVAC maintenance done (thankfully) and greatly appreciate the care and effort to ensure our system could stand up to the heat. They came out & did a full checkup & preventative maintenance on our system & stopped an emergency before it would’ve ultimately occurred. Greatly appreciate their consistency & efficiency. Austin and his team are extremely hard workers & are always prepared for the situation. They’re willing to explain and provide recommendations & solid solutions to complex issues. Truly thankful for this company.

Austin Griffith and his team are the best. They are prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a major plumbing problem, with all of our family in town for the Thanksgiving break. Austin sent a team out, they arrived within a few hours. They worked all day, with the latest technologies (cameras etc) until the problem was resolved. They were transparent in pricing and they personally showed us the problem so we could see what had to be fixed. Highly recommend Griffith Plumbing.

After using a corporate size mechanical company for years, it was time for a change when sales became the primary focus. An HVAC inspection was needed and we found Griffith Plumbing online. What a great decision in choosing Austin and his son, Andrew. A small service oriented company appealed to us at this point. They arrived on time, spent so much time explaining equipment we were using - the good, the bad, the expensive! Proceeded to give a thorough inspection of our Carrier system, which included cleaning the outside heat pump unit. Apparently freon had to be added (the original installers had neglected to add enough to the system), which was disturbing. We look forward to the expertise and knowledge Austin clearly affords to keep us up and running with all of our mechanical needs!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the owner Austin Griffith, who took his time and expertise to help our church that was in a pinch. We were in desperate need of an electrician for a much-needed electrical upgrade. I would recommend Griffith Plumbing, heating and cooling to anyone. From the time we had our first meeting with Austin Griffith he was very nice, personable, explained in detail all the work that needed to be done to replace our heating system. He also recommended a better way to heat our church. So we are going from oil to propane. He even showed us the best place to put the new heating system. He is a very Christian man and and we truly enjoy working with him. He keeps us abreast of everything that he is doing. He is providing excellent work. We have asked him to be our contractor from now on at our church and our home. Thank you, Austin for all the work you do for us.

Austin and his team recently replaced my HVAC system and did an incredible job. I was without heat during some of the coldest days this winter (and a snowstorm), but he made sure I had space heaters set up to keep my home warm while everything was being installed. His team was respectful of my home and did an excellent job with the install. Austin was extremely personable and easy to communicate with. I will absolutely be using his team again for future projects in my home!
