I had Grider Mechanical install a Mini split heating and air conditioning system in my three seasons sun porch. Now a four season. Top notch customer service. Very professional technicians. Did an excellent job. Fair and honest pricing. I would recommend to friends and family with out hesitation.

Five Stars! Chris and his crew are fantastic. I got five quotes, and Chris had the best price and fastest timing. Every call I made, Chris or Ethan picked up right away. On install day, three guys showed up exactly on time, worked clean and professional, and had my entire system swapped out in one day. Honest, fast, and top-notch service. Couldn’t be happier!

We have had them repair our furnace, which we were very satisfied. We then had them replace the air conditioners in both our home and my sisters home. Price was reasonable and we were satisfied with the work they did. Now I need a new water heater and they were my first call.

Fast response (I called one day and they came out the next day!) and great communication! They were friendly and took time to explain the issue and what they did to resolve it and how to avoid it in the future! They answered all my questions and did not make me feel bad about asking so many questions. They are patient and caring people.

Chris Grider is awesome! I came home to a cold house yesterday (in the middle of February on the eve of an ice storm), and realized that my furnace was running but it wasn’t blowing warm air. Tried turning it off and on and seeing if I could restart or get it to work again, but I couldn’t figure out the issue. It was 6pm and my house had already dropped to 60 degrees. I was getting worried and so I found Chris’ number here and gave him a call. He picked up right away and was able to be at my house in less than 24 hours. He immediately diagnosed that my ignition had gone bad and he was able to replace it and get my furnace working again quickly. He is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to help educate me on my furnace as well. I could tell he is genuinely passionate about the work he does. He was also very forthcoming that he prefers to fix furnaces rather than just replace them. Now my house is warm again and his prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone in need of an honest and hard-working mechanic!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I called this company because of the ratings. Chris came out to give me an estimate and I could tell he was honest. They came and did the job when they said they would. Chris and I talked about some of the other items I wanted to do and he gave me great advice on what to do and what not to do. I work in the trades and I know how hard it is to find a company that does what they say they'll do and when they say they will do it. His crew was very polite and professional. I have to say I am very impressed. Thanks Chris.

Great customer service. Need a quick response when the blower on the furnace went out and they were able to get us back up with heat the same day.

I really appreciate the work this company does. I had issues with my blower on my furnace. They called back quickly, and were able to come out the same day. He explained the issue and his plan to fix it. Very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. If I ever have another issue, they'll be my first call

I contacted Grinder Mechanical for a quote on a new furnace, and they not only provided the quote but also suggested that my existing furnace might be repairable. They went ahead and fixed it, and when it stopped working a few days later, they were responsive in identifying and addressing the issue. Their professionalism and honesty made them great to work with. Highly recommended.
