Security screen door handle snapped. Called Grid Locks and they had their team over with 2 hours. Super friendly and professional, they also called to let me know they were running a bit but still got everything sorted within the quoted timeframe, no dramas at all. Highly recommended, 10/10!

Very happy with how quick and knowledgeable both Jordan and Taryn were in arriving and sorting out our door that would not open! Replaced the internal lock mechanism and even helped with easing another door's clunky lock turning. Affordable and friendly, will use GRID again - thanks guys 😀

Excellent service - called because I thought my deadbolt had been locked and Jordan arrived within an hour. Turns out it was operator error (and my keys actually worked) but Jordan lubricated the lock and didn’t charge me for the service. 10/10 would recommend.
