Greystone Concrete did a fantastic job for our Condo Association. We needed over 10,000 SF of 40 year old failing driveway replaced. The project was sensitive as 18 owners would loose access to their garages as well as re-routing the fire loop on the property. The communication and workmanship was topnotch. All work work was completed in just about 3 weeks. The project specs were: demo and off-haul of failing concrete and 8" of existing subgrade, compacted existing soil, import and compact 6" engineered fill, #4 rebar each way, dowels to existing, 6" slab on grade, sealants, striping and speed bumps. The project was tricky as there was only 0.6% slope available over some 250', the final product drains perfectly. The owner Justin was there everyday to manage the work. He is honest and does what he says he will do. His integrity and professionalism is a joy to work with. We will use him again and I highly recommend him.
