I was having issues with my nest thermostat where I wasn’t able to control the temp I came across them on the thumbtack app. I contacted them and they responded very quickly. I told them the issue they send a technician out within two hours of my first call and Chris ponder did a phenomenal job. He came in assessed the problem and fix it within an hour. Five stars highly recommend.

Woke up Sunday morning learning that my air conditioning unit was “fried”. From the time I called Chris and Jacob about my problem, they worked on getting an immediate solution, to include several financial options that we can choose from, purchasing all required equipment and supplies. They showed up first thing Monday morning, had the old system ripped out, and the new system up and running within 8 hours. They wouldn’t stop until the job was done, making sure that my family didn’t go a minute longer without air conditioning than necessary. They technically walked me through everything they were doing and why, leaving opportunities to ask question with anything they were doing. They made us feel like priority one the whole time. Highly recommended!

My heat in my house stopped working. I called a few other companies, but their wait time for a technician was over 4 hours. Matt called me right back and was at my house within 30 mins. All issues where resolved and I now have heat!

Greyguard staff was excellent! Our A/C broke on a sunday afternoon and we were up and running by noon today. Excellent service and the most charming owner. It is refreshing to find good people doing good work in the community. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff with great attitudes. Jacob and Chris worked around the clock to get our AC back up and running. They came out late in the day, after 6pm. I appreciated their willingness to work late, the honest assessment of our situation, and the patience to walk us through our options (without pressure). They are trustworthy. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and will continue to use them for all future heating and cooling needs.

Jacob and his team were such a pleasant surprise! My husband had contacted their company because our ac unit wasn’t cooling and they were able to get out to us same day to have it resolved! We were especially impressed with their willingness to arrive and provide service in the evening! I mean seriously these guys showed up after 8pm and got our unit repaired in about an hour and a half! We so appreciate Jacob’s knowledge, kindness and consideration for our cooling needs. We’ll definitely call this company again if we need anything!

Chris was honest, very polite, and professional. Explained everything to me on what was wrong with the A/C and what needs to correct the matter , and gave me the price for the service to get it fixed no hiden fees , cleaned up after he was finished , went over all the work he did and what was charged for the service . I reached out to Greygaurd through thumbtack in the middle of the night as I was troubleshooting AC issues. It was working hard and not cooling the house. They called back immediately (12:30am on a Sunday). They came out the next day, and was able to diagnose the issue. The tech was very straight forward and was detailed as to what the issue could be. He didn't try to oversell me on what needed to be fix, he Presenter some options and recommendations based on what I should do. Informing me to hold off on an expensive fix unless the problem persisted. At the end of the day my problem was resolved and I received super useful advice. I really appreciated the straight forward approach, and highly would recommend them. I'd definitely be keeping their number on speed dial.
