We have a tricky old farmhouse with all brick basement, and other companies were not sure how to handle it. Greentree walked in with a plan and did a wonderful job. We are so happy with them!

I can’t say enough good things about Greentree—they truly turned a nerve-wracking experience into something I now look back on with relief and gratitude. I was absolutely terrified about getting ripped off when I first realized I needed waterproofing work done. Greentree waterproofed our basement a couple years ago. We have not had one drop of water in our basement since then. All of our neighbors' basements have flooded regularly but not ours! PLUS the basement looks so much brighter with the new white waterproof mold inhibiting wall panels. It always smells clean and dry in the basement now. No more concern about water damage to the furnace or water heater. No more concerns about possible allergens drifting upstairs. Greentree stood by their bid, completed the work well within the estimated time frame, ensured there was no mud or debris tracked upstairs, and they left the basement spotless!!! I didn't know about Greentree before I called them but will heartily recommend their services from now on.

Greentree Waterproofing installed an egress window in our basement. They took great care to limit dirt, concrete dust etc. during the installation. They also cleaned up the area better than before they arrived. All the employees working the job were friendly, polite and were hard working. The way they install the window reduces the possibility of a leak to almost nil.

The past week your workers with Jeff Green leading them finished waterproofing work on my basement. Jeff was pleasant to work with and everyone was very professional. There has been no rain yet, but I am confident that my basement will now stay dry when we do get rain.

Greentree Waterproofing is great! It's been several years ago since they installed there system in my basement which was a wet mess! I know every basement is different but there system worked so well that my sump pump that they installed has not been needed yet! The installers were great as well as there office!

Greentree waterproofed my crawl space a couple of years ago. The project took approximately 3 days, 2 days less than originally scheduled. The guys were all very professional and personable. After these 2 years, I am still very happy with their work.

We used Greentree last month (mid-June 2024) to remediate an issue with standing water in our business' crawlspace. The building was constructed with a grossly inadequate crawlspace/foundation drainage system and between high groundwater and poor perimeter drainage, the crawlspace experienced standing water nearly every time it rained. We called the morning after a heavy rain and Greentree sent an estimator the same day. Withing a few hours we had a written plan, diagram, and estimate for the work that needed done, which included a new exterior crawlspace entrance, foundation perimeter drainage system, a proper sump pit, and gutter extensions. We approved the work and bid promptly. I had no need to call around or get second estimates as Greentree had remediated my parent's basement water issues in the mid-90s to their complete and continued satisfaction (hasn't has a drop of water since). Initial indications were that work couldn't start until mid-Augst due to a full schedule; however, we were thrilled that within a week the projector manager called and indicated they were going to get some of the work started in between jobs. Fast forward to last week (July 3) and they already had the project fully completed. Could not be more satisfied with the work they did, their employees and their informativeness, and the expectation that we won't have issues and that their work is backed by a lifetime transferrable warranty. While not a fun way to spend money, I do feel good about the quality of work and assurance we have that the issues are fully resolved forever.

The Greentree staff were fantastic. They showed at the time they said they would, they cleaned up after extensive work, they checked with us after a couple of weeks to see if we had questions or concerns. We are so glad we opted to go with Greentree.

I’ve been working with GREENTREE Waterproofing since 2011. They are absolutely excellent to work with for ALL of your waterproofing needs. Just had them over to address a clogged French drain around the patio and two window wells that were not draining properly. I called on Monday April 16 and John came over to Decatur later in the morning to spec it out. On Thursday Jeff and two other very professional gentlemen came over on Thursday April 19 at 8:30 am to resolve the issues. By 10:30 am everything was repaired and explained to me. The team cleaned everything up and when they left I would’ve never known they had even been here. All of this fantastic service for a very affordable price!
