Daniel Cha Files Whistleblower Retaliation Lawsuit Against Boehringer Ingelheim 🧑‍⚖️‍📝
Daniel Cha, a partner at Greenberg Gross LLP, represents a longtime pharmaceutical employee who filed a whistleblower retaliation lawsuit against Boehringer Ingelheim after raising safety and regulatory compliance concerns related to a biosimilar drug.
