Greenberg Gross Files Discrimination Lawsuit Against The Walt Disney Company 🧑‍⚖️‍📝
Greenberg Gross LLP has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles on behalf of Rochella Brown, a former human resources specialist at The Walt Disney Company, alleging retaliation and discrimination. The complaint claims Ms. Brown was fired after raising concerns about what she observed as racially biased layoff decisions and the company’s hiring practices that favored H-1B visa holders over American workers, particularly older African American employees. Ms. Brown “courageously raised concerns about workplace discrimination and, as a result, became a target herself,” said Philip Horlacher of Greenberg Gross LLP. “Even a company as large as Disney has a legal obligation to protect employees from discrimination.” Greenberg Gross remains committed to fighting for individuals who challenge unlawful discrimination and retaliation in the workplace.
