Josh was awesome. He came to our house to assess our roof, and took photos back to their office to consult with another team member on the best course of action. He came back with several options and quotes, giving pros and cons of each one. He didn’t try to sell any one in particular, just gave the facts of each and when they might be useful. The crew was quick and professional, did a good job cleaning up afterwards as well.

Final edit: After talking to Eddie we came to a compromise that I’m satisfied with. Job is finished! Lee did a good job fixing the existing flashing and making it look like it’s part of my house. Last photo is the end result. I wanted to be happy with the overall job but I’m disappointed with the quality of the flashing that was installed. I’ve asked for it to be corrected and am hitting a wall with the owners. Their fix was to paint it and ignore the shoddy construction.

GVRC did an amazing job in replacing our old roof with a beautiful, new Certainteed roofing system. Tanner was great about returning phone calls and texts to get the project set up quickly and to answer our questions. The crew worked hard and fast for two days from sun up to sundown to leave us with a beautiful roof. They used tarps to protect shrubs and were careful to clean up everything before leaving.

Logan recognized our roof was showing some age and damage, did some drone shots to verify and walked us though every step of working with our insurance company. He even realized we were under a deadline with some changes to our insurance and made sure we were aware and didn’t lose out on coverage. The team replacing our roof was efficient, pointed out and fixed problem areas and did a great job cleaning up when they finished. Logan responded to every question and was on the roof himself making sure it was all done right. We’ve even gotten compliments from our neighbors about our gorgeous new roof. If replacing a roof can be a great experience, this was it!

Thomas Henderson was absolutely AMAZING! He is very professional and the communication was top tier. He answered any and all question even when it was late at night due to my schedule. Logan discovered our roof issues with his free drone flyover. He was professional, flexible with his & our time, friendly, non pressuring, accurate with his opinions. Roof was completely replaced. His price included everything other quotes wanted to quote additionally. Materials are high quality. I would recommend Logan to everyone.
