Seriously Frank is an amazing guy and an excellent plumber. First of all, we live in San Francisco, which is two hours away from Frank’s home base but that’s not a problem! Frank agreed to do a FaceTime with us to review our issue and was able to give us an approximate quote, an estimated time for the work date and time of completion. A few days later, Frank and his crew came over, completed the job, and cleaned up. Not only did he do excellent work but he completed it on-time and under budget! He is a dream guy to hire!

Therese guys did a fantastic job discovering the issue repairing it. Was impressed with the expertise and experience of both the owner and his plumbers! Let me know step by step what they were going to be doing. They are good priced! Professionalism at its best. If you need a good plumbing company and it fixed right I highly recommend these guys!

Exceptional service! Frank is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and HONEST! My job was a complete remodel, with sawing the concrete and moving pipes. He was professional, walked me through the whole process. Went above and beyond by giving me recommendations of other trades to help with the remodel. He even was able to make a few calls and they came to the project. Absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty!

We were recommended from a friend to have Green Valley Plumbing help us with some work to be done at a restaurant Aces and Kings cheesesteaks. Frank and his guys are fantastic! They are extremely professional fast and very reliable. He answered all of our questions and concerns and was able to help with the permits and drawings to be done within only a few days! Most of the plumbers and other contractors take weeks and are hard to get in contact with but not with Green Valley Plumbing. We had quotes from 4 other companies and Frank gave us an extremely great price on the work, and it goes without saying no one else can beat thier prices! Frank repiped our bathroom for a remodel. Moved and removed the plumbing as we were changing the entire layout of the bathroom. Did exactly as we wanted, very professional, clean and well priced. Green Valley Plumbing is excellent! I called because of an issue in my kitchen and was surprised they answered the phone on the first try. I called two other plumbers with no sucess. Plumbing problems need an immediate response and Frank at Green Valley understands this. He was kind and and professional and allowed me to describe the problem. They arrived for my appointment even earlier than I expected and not only did they fix the problem in my kitchen, Frank and Johnny went above and beyond. They discovered another problem in my garage and fixed it immediately- I would even say they saved us from a catastrophe. Green Valley Plumbing has a customer for life!

1st time using this company and will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs. Frank was fantastic - professional, courteous, personable, and provided great tips and guidance to avoid future issues. My wife and son were both equally impressed with the quality of service provided. I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends, without question.

This is truly an amazing company. After a terrible slab leak at my house in Merced, I contracted with Green Valley to re-pipe the house above the slab. Frank, the owner of this small company is responsible for the terrific service they provide. You will find him to be very smart, on top of all the details, responsible, and a pleasure to work with. His prices are reasonable, and he seems impeccably honest. Other contractor's could possibly offer a cheaper estimate, but nobody will provide the value that Frank provides in terms of outstanding work, and very creative and thoughtful ideas to minimize the cost. I should mention that I needed several other contractors probably due to the labor shortage, and because my need seemed so urgent, several of them were downright crooked. Frank, on the other hand, was terrific and hasn't jacked up his prices like so many others. I can't imagine ever again using a different plumbing company in Merced. This is my first review ever on Google and it is the impressive work Green Valley did that has prompted me to write it.

I can’t say enough about how fantastic they are! They arrived ahead of the appointment time which, when dealing with a sewer issue, was a godsend. They fixed everything, including repairing and replacing part of a pipe(and two clogged toilets) all within an hour. A technician from another plumbing company had been here the day before and quoted me a price of over $900 to complete the job. Green Valley Plumbing did it all for $220! They really care about their customers, they understand that we’re all going through hard times these days and DO NOT try to overcharge! They have a customer for life with me.

Well this Company gets my vote. I was recommended to them from Emergency Insurance . Frank the owner called me within 30 minutes of the insurance sending him the request. When I was told it could be 4 Hours. Frank proceeded to ask several questions in order to efficiently do his job and then noticed it was rather late in the day, and asked if he could schedule for Sat. I explained I had plans for Sat, Can we schedule for Monday the 31st of December. He explained that he had given his guys the 31st and the 1st off, but would ask them if they wouldn't mind working. He immediately called back and stated that they would work and be to my home in the early morning of the 31st. I didn't have an emergency where I was without water or plumbing. My Washing Machine was backing up into my kitchen sink and my main bathroom toilet wasnt flushing properly. Frank called me the morning of the 31st, to let me know of their arrival as they had given me an hour interval time, and called within that time. When they arrived, they even took special care to apply covers for their, feet, but I didn't have them apply them as they were not going to be on carpet. They checked every possible Avenue for the stoppage, and even turned on my cold water for the toilet, which was the reason it wasn't flushing properly, then went to work on the machine drainage to clean that out. However they were not able to open the Clean out pipe outside and had to go on roof. They called insurance for approval and took a snake on the roof. Then hit a dead spot, and went underneath my house to make sure the pipes were working correctly and there was no damage below. They cleared the stoppage, then noticed that I needed a drain pipe for my Washing Machine as my machine was hooked to the clean out drain pipe and that was not up to code. He called Insurance and they didn't cover the installation of a pipe. He said he Could do that But it would be a different day. So I set that up for Saturday after the New Year and have them to install a bathroom sink faucet. They came to my house on Saturday and called before letting me know of their arrival. They automatically went to work on the sink faucet and the drain pipe for washer. Everything went well Until a flex line leaked, and they fixed that too. We started the washing Machine to make sure there were no leaks coming from the new pipe and behold the machine was leaking.. the pipe wasn't leaking, and that wasn't even the issue, it was the back of the machine, as possible gasket or small pipe needing repair on machine itself. They are not Appliance repair service, but he tried to stop the leak. Unable to stop, due to the need of the gasket possibly but at least their were no leaks from what he just installed. They Cleaned up their mess, and gave me a recommendation for dry wall, as I had mold from the leakage of the machine And it was ruining the wall and he didn't want to put the old back on, so we put another piece of paneling until I can get that repaired. I was extremely pleased with Both Frank and his Brother and their work. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs.
