We have repeatedly been calling GHS to address a problem with our battery not switching over to battery backup during electricity outages. IT IS FRICKING FREEZING IN PA. We did have some responses early on, (this all began in July 2023), but despite promises to be in contact with us over the past week, we have heard nothing. In October 2023, we arranged for our own service to attempt to diagnose the problem, with promises from GHS that we would be reimbursed, but, nah...so far no reimbursement. So what gives GHS--are you going to do what you promised or not?
