If I could give Green Roots LLC zero stars, I would. This company is the definition of unprofessional, unreliable, and lazy. They came out to remove three trees, left without finishing the job, and weeks later returned to do the stump grinding for one of the fallen trees. However, they only completed maybe an eighth of the work before leaving again—and still didn’t come back! Instead, they rescheduled the rest of the work for 11 days later. Their lack of effort and professionalism is astounding. Because of their delays and poor work ethic, I still don’t have a fence, and my yard is a complete disaster. It’s clear they have no regard for their clients or the quality of their work. On top of that, this company doesn’t even own their equipment. They show up with a truck pulling a trailer full of rented machinery, which just proves how unprepared they are to handle jobs like this. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Green Roots LLC. They are a complete waste of time, money, and trust. Find a company that actually values its customers and finishes what they start.

J and his team are great! We had them install irrigation, and fresh sod for our entire front yard, and we needed it done quick. His team was friendly, efficient, and all for a good price. Thank you.

Just want to say that GreenRoot LLC did an outstanding job trimming my palm tree back this morning. The team was on time, completed the job and cleaned up all debris prior to departing. Very professional.

Inquired online for the trimming of 2 tall Queen palms and was contacted back within an hour. After sending pics of trees, I had a reasonable online estimate the next day. I scheduled service and they actually were able to come a couple days earlier than they originally expected. The crew showed up as promised and they were friendly and professional. This company was my best estimate and they did their work in a half an hour. Very professional crew and they removed my palm and left the place clean. No damage to the plants around the palm or to the landscape lights. I recommend this company for your palm and tree removal needs. Excellent job
