Green Quality Air

Green Quality Air advertised a $79 dryer vent cleaning special on FB and other social media. I responded and scheduled it -- there were no stipulations, nothing highlighted. Just the offer. I called and confirmed. Once the tech got here, suddenly he said it was a "deep clean" that was needed, and it would be $200. When I asked to call the office to try to clear this out, the tech made it clear that he wouldn't clean it for the agreed price even if his office told him to. Bait and switch. Buyer beware.

We had a serious issue where mold had grown throughout one of our A/C units: including the central unit, every attached vent, and all of the ducts between those vents and the central unit. It was completely contaminated. I feel very fortunate that it was Chris and Leslie who answered our call. They are both extremely hard working and just incredibly thorough. You feel that they are truly sincere in their interest in the safety of your children and of your family. They will throw in all of the extra hours needed to properly take care of you. I can tell by reviewing the work they have performed that they do not cut any corners. Chris is absolutely serious about properly and industriously removing mold. Besides his love of doing a good job and of working hard, Chris cares for you and for your health and it really shows as you interact with him and see him work. In the case of mold or contaminated ducts, I think that you should be careful about trying to find the cheapest guy out there who may not care much for doing a proper job. In work like this were so much remains hidden from view, trust in the person performing the work is absolutely necessary; therefore, I very much appreciate Chris and Leslie, and would recommend them to anyone seeking this type of cleaning.

Chris and Leslie from Green Quality Air responded quickly, they thoroughly communicated. They were on time and very detailed. Our family moved into our home in July 2021 and since that time we have had respiratory issues along with major congestion and what seems like allergy symptoms. We noticed a lot of mold on our air vents. Chris and Leslie came into our home and spent time educating us on duct work and how mold can form. They were very detailed by inspecting every single vent, return and even the plenums in our 2 HVAC units and sure enough found a wealth of black mold growing which obviously has contributed to all of our families issues. These two weren’t even paid for the time they spent - you can tell they are very caring and thorough and truly have the best interest of a healthy home for their customers. I’ve never had a company be so thorough like these two and the company. We have a journey ahead to get this fixed but are so grateful for their service today.

Chris and Leslie, with Green Quality Air, came to clean our ducts on 2/7/25. They were on time, professional, and so friendly. The appointment didn't take very long, which was a huge help to my busy day, and there was no mess left behind, which is so refreshing after having other technicians be careless in my home. We received great service and advice. We'll be sure to request them in the future.

Had my HVAC system serviced for routine maintenance, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the technicians were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They arrived right on time, explained the entire process clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions. The service itself was thorough—they cleaned and inspected every component, checked for any potential issues, and made minor adjustments to ensure everything was running as efficiently as possible.

She was friendly and professional, and ensured that the appointment was set up at a time that was convenient for us. The technicians, Chris and Leslie, were efficient in setting up and cleaning the A/C ducts, and inspecting the system. They were knowledgeable about the system and were able to answer all of our questions. They were also courteous and made sure to clean up after themselves.
