We’ve been with Green Guys for about 5 years now for gopher control. So, this is kind of an overdue 5-star review on the level of service we’ve received. Steven has always been very thorough in his evaluation of our home as well as his explanation of observations. During monthly services, he asks if we’ve noticed any activity so he can give those areas some extra attention while still proceeding with a thorough check on the rest of the property. Steven’s visits are just outstanding, which is really what I would expect / hope for from the owner of the company. I’m actually writing this review now as a result of having a more negative experience when requesting and receiving a different service. But don’t let that deter you from using this company. It can happen and it does happen! The details of the experience are irrelevant for this comment. What is relevant is how Steven handled the situation once brought to his attention. Steven really went above and beyond in exceeding any expectations we might have had, and he turned a negative situation into a positive one—5+ stars! And we will continue using Green Guys until we no longer think it’s necessary. Now, I just want to ask anyone reading this who might be an avid writer of Yelp and Google reviews: Before you write a negative review on a site that impacts a business owner’s reputation and livelihood, please reach out to them first to share your situation and allow them to opportunity to make things right.

I highly recommend Green Guys Pest Control. We were in need of a reliable, and honest pest control company. First interaction was with their scheduling coordinator, Andrea. Andrea answered all my questions and scheduled our initial pest control visit. Steve the owner and operator came to our home and provided a full inspection. Steve listened carefully to our needs. He provided above and beyond service. We have noticed no more pest activity. Thank you Green Guys! Highly recommend.

Green Guys Pest Control has been so helpful with our home… Steve is wonderful - very thorough, understanding, punctual, and gets all the bugs and pests gone (he finds the source, so it completely rids the problem). He actually takes the time to figure out the issue vs just spraying. Cannot recommend this company enough! 10/10!

I was so impressed with the service we received from Green Guys even though we didn’t get a treatment that I had to share a review. I spoke with the owner who was so incredibly knowledgeable about bugs then Andrea in the home office to book a visit. Very professional. Michael came out to address our issue. We don’t know what kind of bug we have but based on our description he surmised mites or fleas. He recommended we get pest traps so we can know exactly what we need treatment for rather than just taking a guess and perhaps leading to more treatments. My son and I so appreciated his transparency and honesty! As soon as we figure out what it is we will call Michael back and in the meantime we’ll be recommending Green Guys to our friends. Nothing like honest, knowledgeable service providers when you’ve got a problem!

Stephen, the owner of Green Guys Pest Control is the best! He is very knowledgeable AND passionate about what he does. He is VERY thorough and treats my home like it was his own. I feel good knowing that I am using only organic biodegradable substances around my home. All the other stuff is TOXIC to all living beings - please consider using Green Guys to help yourself and the planet!

Since day one, Steven was always there and happy to help with any pest issue we had. My wife likes to grow her own garden (herbs and vegetable) so using an organic and plants friendly materials was very important to us. We also feel very safe with the products used inside the house, even with the two kids running around and touching everything. Steven is very careful with what he uses and how it comes in touch with food or little hands. As for service, we love the two days reminder prior to the appointment, the fact that he is always on time, and we really appreciate that he takes the time to do the full job from A to Z and is never in a rush to another client. Steven's dedication to details and to customer service is amazing. We are truly happy with Green Guys Pest Control!!!

Steven has done an excellent job controlling ants around our property. We used to deal with ants in our home year after year until we called Green Guys Pest Control and Solutions for help. We were hesitant to call a pest control company because we have a dog and would never want to use any chemicals that could harm her. We love that Green Guys uses pet and environmentally friendly solutions!

One if the hardest working people I have met, does the job right the first time, earns your trust by running his business the way it should be ran, with quality being such an important factor. Steven is such a respectful and smart man who puts so much more effort than what's expected. Goes above and beyond to make sure that any problems are solved but yet set up to stay that way! He's such a great businessman and has definitely some of the best qualities I've seen when it comes to maintaining a business. I'd recommend to all my friends and family for any pest problems. Steven was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient in addressing a pest issue in our home last summer. And when a different issue came up recently, he was back at our house to help us deal with it within 24 hours. Cannot recommend Green Guys highly enough.
