I cannot say enough good things about my doctor, Dr.HurmatAli and his entire clinic team. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely cared for. My doctor is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough; he listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and always makes you feel heard and supported. It’s rare to find a physician who combines expertise with such compassion. The clinic staff are equally wonderful. They are organized, welcoming, and always go the extra mile to make each visit smooth and stress-free. You can truly tell they care about their patients. Even the pharmacists connected with the clinic are fantastic. They take time to explain medications, answer questions, and provide excellent service every single time. Overall, this clinic is a true blessing. Highly recommended to anyone looking for exceptional medical care and a team that treats you like family.

VERY MEAN RECEPTIONIST...… never has any openings. waste of time to call or book online. Worst thing is the receptionist has a rude tone and is not willing to help. She should not be working there in that kind of environment where you cant talk to patients properly with respect!! Surprised she was even hired by a dr.

Called the clinic today. Someone picked up the phone without saying anything then hung up. Called the second time then receptionist answered and said that only family practice were accepting and I told her that my husband is a pt of Dr. Walter and she said he’s not there anymore. So I asked if they’re accepting walk ins and she said they’re booked for the day. I don’t know if she likes her job, but she’s not giving any choices. She’s not very polite for a receptionist. If you are a receptionist, you are in the front and represent the company you’re working with. You sounded so arrogant! Costumer service starts with you.

It's too bad I had to give it even a 1 star. Went down with my daughter after checking online and the website saying it is open only to find out the doctor is on vacation. We sat in the waiting room for almost 10 minutes after the "opening time" before I asked somebody in the pharmacy. Here's an idea why not put that on your website instead of wasting people's time. First time going there and will definitely be the last.

Dr. Ali is one of the best doctors I have had the pleasure of dealing with, he asks the right questions and hears what you say. He doesn't just assume he knows. He figures it out with you.

My husband got a call from Dr Ali that he moved to this location, so then i called today to book an appt. The moa couldnt find his information, she said she needs the Phn. I told her ill call back. I called after 2 mins. WITH NO ANSWER. I called multiple times. The moa doesnt seem to like her job. She sounds so snobby on the phone. This clinic should find people who wants to help patients!

The front desk lady was sweet and polite. Dr. Walter displayed the requisite amount of courtesy to not be considered rude. I asked him to check a lump on my oblique which was not the primary reason I was in and he suggested I book another appointment or see my family doctor like I wasn’t already there. I hope experiences such as this are few. If you need to see a doctor quickly for a prescription etc this clinic may be fine.

Called the office today to make an appointment only to find out that the doctor does not come to the office at all. The receptionist said that the doctor only does “telephone appointments”. I asked her what I should do in this situation and she ended the call with recommending that I look for another doctor even though I have a file with them. Highly disappointed. What’s the point of an office if the doctor isn’t going to be there.

Very impressed how quick turnaround was. If you're renewing a prescription the pharmacist refills while in appointment and there no wait for meds. Super friendly and helpful but last two times I dropped in doctor was on vacation and this time he wasn't working when I arrived. If you want a clinic to drop by any time, this isn't it. Hours sporadic. Call first to make sure doctor is in. Only morning off so had to go elsewhere.

I saw Dr. Walter and he seemed like he wanted to get the appointment over with before it began. He did not introduce himself. When asking about my medical history he asked me "what diseases do you have?". I don't think a doctor should assume anyone has any diseases so he could have worded this better. I didn't get my questions answered as he was in a rush. He was able to tell me I no longer had an ear infection but when I asked him about having pain still he didn't answer the question. Instead he repeated what he said previously about continuing with what I was already doing. The appointment was a waste of everyone's time. The exam room also wasn't clean. There were disposable otoscope speculas on the floor. The door was dirty above the door handle where you would place your hand if you didn't use the door handle. I could hear the other doctor with a patient in the exam room beside me. He did sound genuinely interested and in no rush with his patient. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. She is the reason why I am giving a semi-decent review. I will not be going back to Dr. Walter again.
