Green helped us to install a solar rooftop system for our townhouse block under the government-sponsored SoAR program using the SolShare/Allume device. We were one of the first to be approved for the funding, so it was a bit challenging to negotiate all the requirements. Abby and Emma were really helpful with every step in collaboration with Allume. The came to our premises to evaluate all of our requirements and answer questions, whereas other installers would only quote based on photos. Their quote was the best value, and their communication was amazingly prompt at all times. Marcus and team did a really neat installation and flexibility accommodated the needs of those who needed power to work from home. Abby and Emma were very helpful with the tricky process of setting up a cellular connection to get the SolShare system to function. Everything is working well, and we now look forward to getting the battery installed.

It's been 2 months post install where the installer has caused leaking DC to my stove top. Now there has been radio silence for almost a month. When I reached out again asking for an update - the response was that they are low on stock and my installation is still on track... It is already installed!! We haven't been able to cook anything on the induction stove top unless we switch off the inverter, this is becoming ridiculous. I went with Green because of the promise that post installation process would be smooth. Definitely don't fall for this. Update: I have received a call from Julia, who was apologetic to the events and has organised this to be corrected asap. Will update this further once repaired. Update #2: Have had electricians come to rectify the issue. Really happy with the escalation process and the way it was handled by Julia. Great work! I received the post care as promised!

Our company, Harris Electrical, was reluctantly engaged by green.com.au to attend a job in Singleton to fix a battery system they had originally installed. From the very beginning, I was hesitant because it was obvious they didn’t have control of their contract work, but their representative Emma was very reassuring. She was polite, confident, and promised immediate payment if we just attended to assess and resolve the issue. On that good faith, we agreed. Upon inspection, it was immediately clear the system had been installed with extremely poor workmanship. We documented the faults thoroughly, including photos, and prepared a full job service report. Instead of acknowledging responsibility, green.com.au argued with us about our findings. Regardless, we proceeded to rectify the issue, ensuring the system was safe and working properly — which is what the customer ultimately needed. After the work was completed, payment was never made. Emma, who initially promised quick settlement, has since ghosted us completely. Attempts to escalate the matter to the company owner, Jonathan, have also failed — he refuses to answer calls, texts, or emails. Eventually, the matter was sent to debt collectors, and only then did we receive a response from green.com.au, denying payment altogether and falsely claiming that we had damaged the system. They’ve even stated they would rather go to court than pay what is fairly owed. This behavior is dishonest, unethical, and unprofessional. It shows a complete lack of accountability for their own shoddy work, zero respect for contractors, and a willingness to lie rather than honor commitments. Based on our experience: Their workmanship is substandard and potentially unsafe. Their communication is misleading — promises made upfront are broken immediately after. Their management is untrustworthy, hiding behind excuses rather than resolving issues. They have no integrity when it comes to paying contractors for legitimate work. ⚠️ Do not engage green.com.au for installations, and certainly do not subcontract to them. They are bottom-feeding, dishonest operators who leave others to clean up their mess and then refuse to pay. We strongly advise other businesses and customers to stay far away from them.

I am very pleased with the service from Green.com.au. Quoting process was simple and easy to understand. They kept me in the loop as there were delays getting the stock from the supplier due to high demand from the new rebates. Installation was great. Marcus and his team did a neat and professional job. They also helped to install the app and show how the whole system worked. Thanks.

I purchased a solar battery from Green.com and although they were based in a separate state to mine, the whole process was seamless. All the consultants, Brad, Samuel and Ashlee, I spoke to were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Honest advice followed by great service all at a competitive price. Gladly recommend!

Everything from the sales / quoting process to the installation for our solar batteries was a breeze. The installers were punctual, tidy, polite and answered several questions. We received help with app installation on site and a tutorial for app settings etc during a follow up phone call with Green

Got some quotes for a solar battery to add to my system from Solar Quotes. Went with Green.com.au. I’m very satisfied with every aspect of their service and the product they supplied. I would definitely recommend them and the installer they use in my area, Simon Lienesch Electrical.

Recently had a solar battery installed to complement the solar system that Green.com.au (Then Teho) put in. Good experience from start to finish, especially considering the issues with the State vs Federal battery rebate, and multiple days of rain and sickness delaying install. I understand Green.com.au is subcontracting their installations, our installer was great and Green.com.au followed up with a call from their sales team to ensure everything was working, and that we were satisfied. Overall very happy

Not regulated installation by the contractor, company not forthcoming with a fix or any kind of urgency. Be careful with battery companies who use contractors. 0 pro-active calls, no confirmed resolution to relocating
