When I first started my search for a vacation home in the Athens Riviera, it was more of a pipe dream, rather than something that would become a reality. Nonetheless I was fascinated by all the amazing projects being built and I decided to engage a realtor from Sotheby's. Because I am a U.S. citizen and reside in the U.S.A., I wanted to work with a reputable, internationally renowned company. Hence, I reached out to Konstantinos Angloupas, Sotheby’s head of sales for the Athenian Riviera. What I was most impressed by Konstantinos was his response time to my emails. He was extremely fast and thorough with all the information I requested. He understood the type of residence I was looking for and continually sent me options. Although it took about a year to find what my husband and I were looking for, he always remained patient and attentive, working very hard to find us a place to fulfill our dreams. And the day came where he found us the PERFECT place in Glyfada, a place where we can enjoy our summers in Greece or a place that we can one day reside permanently. Our dreams have become a reality.
