Great Furniture and Mattress

My husband and I went to Great Furniture and Mattresses in Carrollton, GA looking to buy a mattress. We had the best customer service from Jason Gunn and a great deal on a mattress. We highly recommend visiting their store!

Very unsatisfied. I got a couch and a mattress here. Couch is great but after day two of sleeping in the mattress I was talked in to getting it is killing my back to the point I can’t even sleep on it it is too soft when sleeping with my husband on it it’s like sinking in a hole I called up there in the second day and told them this is not what I was looking for and I’m paying $1000 for just a mattress that I can not continue to use I didn’t ask for money back I just wanted a more firmer mattress they said no there is nothing they can do I reached out to higher management nobody will help me I believe this is unacceptable and very bad customer service. Now I am stuck with a mattress that I can’t use and no money to get another one.

The folks at Great Furniture & Mattress are very helpful and accommodating. RJ was very helpful with answering all of our questions and making sure all our needs were met. We will definitely be coming back for additional furniture needs.

They have a GREAT selection of furniture! Any style you want. Missy was very friendly, helpful, thorough, and very nice person to talk to. They're also helpful on working with you in financing. My husband and I will be back!

Huge furniture store filled wall to wall with all kinds of nice and unique pieces, staff was great, extremely helpful and allowed us to browse without breathing down our necks. Will definitely come back!
