They did a very good job, im very happy with how my floors came out. The pictures dont do it justice. They came to give me a quote and explained the entire process, showed me a lot of examples of their work and answered any questioned I had. They were so nice to work with. Id easily recommend them to anyone!

I got my garage done by these guys and I love it! Way better than epoxy , doesn’t seem to get dirty by tire marks compare to my old epoxy floor. Easy to clean My floor looked terrible before They fixed the cracks and the sides. Service is great, on time , they go above and beyond. Reasonable pricing. Definitely recommend them :)

I am a very Happy Customer with the outcome on my courtyard cement coating. I was looking for something to update the concrete in my courtyard. When I moved here the previous owners had painted the concrete gray, over a rusty red type of color. The gray paint was peeling in several places on my concrete, there was a crack in one area, and several gashes in the concrete. Not only did Great American Concrete Coating fix the crack and gashes, but the product they use for coating my concrete has a 15 year warranty; and looks better than any epoxy coating I have seen-and I have looked. There was a lot of work that went into priming the courtyard; including getting rid of layers of paint as well as getting the concrete prepared to soak in the layers of product they use. I LOVE the outcome, and it really makes a difference when I walk on it and look at it now; as this courtyard is my little sanctuary to sit with my pups. If you really want people who take the time to discuss the advantages of the product and how it was developed (and I DO, since I am paying for it) and then make sure you are a happy customer in every manner by doing the job to near Perfection; this might be something to consider. I would not hesitate to have this product down anywhere else at my house should I decide to go for it! I'm just not a garage type of person; for my flooring, but definitely a back patio/courtyard type of person for coating. I also appreciate the fact they are diligent in keeping the rest of your area in tact; and not ruining anything with the heavy machinery they use to prime the cement properly. It's one thing to look for the cheapest people out there to do a cement coating; its another thing to hire quality people and products; and this is exactly what I was looking for! Thank YOU!!

Great American coating did my garage floor coating. Excellent product and excellent service from day 1 to finish. I am very satisfied with the brand new look of my garage floor. Highly recommended to anyone that would like to have a garage makeover.

I'll preface this with the fact that the majority of the interactions between us and Nathan were through my fiance. We'd been toying around with the idea of doing a garage floor epoxy for a while, but wanted to do it right. We knew the horror stories from DIY kits, and wanted to get this professionally done. We actually used our neighborhood's Facebook group to see if there were recommendations that people had used, and sure enough, Great American Concrete Coating (GACC) was a name that popped up a lot as recommended from other homeowners. When my fiance reached out to the company, Nathan was quick to respond and was actually able to meet us same day. He came over and looked over our garage, while telling us stories of other nearby garages and projects he had worked on, complete with pictures. He assessed our garage floor, made recommendations, and tested moisture at the threshold which had some moisture damage from how the home builders had set it up. We gave us a quote, we picked some flake colors, and he got us set up with a date only a week away from when we first met! Because we had to do a bit more when it came to concrete prep/repair, the job took up two days (1 day of cleaning, fixing, and prep, 2nd day for coating). He communicated well every step of the way and was very efficient and thorough with each step of the coating process. We had full confidence in what he was talking about and what he was doing. When it was all said and done, our floors looked absolutely amazing. The moisture damaged garage threshold was a crisp, clean line, and the flake coverage is 100%, leaps and bounds better than what you'd get in a DIY kit. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and 100% professional in both mannerisms, personality, and the work he does. We have zero regrets in choosing GACC, and it is 100% worth what we paid for, for the peace of mind of having this professionally done and knowing this will stand the test of time! Nathan who owns this company is by far the most honorable professional kind man I have ever done business with. He came last year to coat my patio with a non slip product. He did a beautiful job. Months went by and some streaks appeared on my patio. Nathan could have easily said I’m sorry we did the job and it’s been months but he didn’t. He came to my home and said he would fix it for free. Due to the weather being to hot he said can we please wait until it cools down. Again could have never called me back but 4 months or so he called me to check in and let me know he would be back in another few months. He then came back and literally stripped all the product cleaned my patio it took him 4 full 8 hours days. Nathan always called before he came he was on time and was professional. After it was fixed he came back again just to make sure my husband and I were happy. We were beyond happy with his honestly his attention to detail his professionalism and his work. We asked him how much we owe him and he said absolutely nothing. The job I originally did went wrong and it is my job to fix it. Never in all my years of building homes dealing with contractors have I met someone with such integrity honestly amazing work and kindness. This review is long becasue I want people to know just how lucky they would be to have Nathan and his company work for them. I now consider Nathan a friend. Thank you so much Nathan 🇺🇸
