Matt is a great guy— he made sure I was able to get the septic system on my new house cleaned out and inspected despite the snow and incredibly low temperatures causing issues. He will go the extra mile for customers! 10/10 recommend him.

Matt was great. He came out on a Sunday after we had a septic back up on Saturday. Was pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. Went above and beyond what was included in the service quote. Helped us get back on line by taking the time and effort to make sure everything was flowing smoothly. Cleaned the tank thoroughly, explained in detail and was a pleasure to do business with. Just a great guy and company. We would recommend Graystone Farm Septic Service to anyone. “Thanks Matt” !!!!
