We used Joshua from Grayar Designs for our architect drawings, council applications, and structural engineering liaison, and the whole process went smoothly thanks to his expertise. He provided clear, structured pricing and scope from the start, and his valuable knowledge helped ease our concerns throughout. Joshua was always quick to respond and took the time to answer every question, big or small, which gave us real confidence in the process. He’ll continue to support us through the construction stage, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. We’ll definitely be using his services again for future projects.

We were recommended Joshua via a family friend, we have used a few architects in the past for different thing’s however Joshua by far has been the best we’ve worked with. He was very attentive and delt with everything from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone in future. 🙂
