First impressions set the tone for future engagements, let’s say Jeff, met my expectations. He arrived on time and we walked the property together. I explained my concerns and he got to work.. Watching from the deck, he covered everything within my space.. it was a big improvement over the last company. Job well done!

These guys are doing a great job on our property. We have different lawn grass types and have struggled for years to get it right. They’re very thorough and consistent with treatments. Communication access is received immediately and followed up with promptly. Highly recommended.

This star rating represents Grass Roots commitment to going above and beyond. Initially, I did not want to give a review because while the grass had been treated, not enough time had elapsed in order for me to make a judgment on the effectiveness of the treatment. A few weeks after the initial treatment I received a phone call from a representative of Grassroots who asked if I had any concerns. I mentioned that I saw several weeds in my lawn. A Couple days later the same representative called and asked if it was OK for her to come over and treat my lawn again in an effort to get rid of the weeds. This to me represented Grassroots’ commitment to customer satisfaction and a desire to help make my lawn as healthy as possible. That’s something that I really appreciate and is really what it’s all about. Grassroots get the highest Mark possible because of their commitment to doing what they promised. I feel that our goals are aligned and will be reached. I want the best looking lawn in the world and Grassroots wants to provide the best Service possible. They have their customer’s satisfaction and their customer’s grass in mind. That is the true Mark of a uniquely great Company going places! They are intent on providing a great service and ensuring that that service is effective. That demonstrates commitment to the cause. Grassroots will do all they can to get your lawn looking healthy and great! They’ve impressed this customer and is likely to keep this this customer because Grassroots is committed to doing the best job possible.

I fired my previous lawncare company from 2025 and, after much research, hired Grassroots Turf, based on their services, ratings, and pricing. So today was my first in-person encounter with them and my first lawn application of 2026. Jeff was GREAT! He took time to answer all my questions, provide expert advice, then provide the required lawn application. All m-around a great experience and we are off to great start! I've used GR for about a year, on a home I do not live at. I was faithfully paying only to have a yard full of weeds. There is no way anyone can tell me that this is professional care. When I complained to the company, this somehow has become my yards fault and there are certain weeds they can't kill. No one ever said that to me when I was sold this plan and signed up for service. It also is untrue. They are supposed to be the professionals. If this is their standard of excellence, they are not going to be around much longer. When I was taking care of my yard personally, I was very proud of the fact that I usually had little to no weeds just by using a pre emergent and Weed B Gon. The truth is no one was servicing my lawn save for riding by a staking a sign in the yard. Horrible company. I am so disappointed.

Michael does an awesome job of making sure our yard is as mosquito free as possible. We have a bunch of woods behind us and a creek so I know it’s nearly impossible to get rid of them all but we rarely see any. And, we spend A LOT of time (like 6 days per week) outside on our covered patio and we enjoy it being bug free!

There’s a lot going on with the grass.. and Kevin is getting after it. Today he addressed the new sod I just threw down, the weeds in the existing lawn, we’re doing something about the weak roots and proactively fighting the diseases. My lawn is going to have to get better the same way it got sick, slowly. But I’m pleased with what Grass Roots turf has done for me so far. Thanks again Kevin!
