These guys are doing a great job on our property. We have different lawn grass types and have struggled for years to get it right. They’re very thorough and consistent with treatments. Communication access is received immediately and followed up with promptly. Highly recommended.

Michael does an awesome job of making sure our yard is as mosquito free as possible. We have a bunch of woods behind us and a creek so I know it’s nearly impossible to get rid of them all but we rarely see any. And, we spend A LOT of time (like 6 days per week) outside on our covered patio and we enjoy it being bug free!

There’s a lot going on with the grass.. and Kevin is getting after it. Today he addressed the new sod I just threw down, the weeds in the existing lawn, we’re doing something about the weak roots and proactively fighting the diseases. My lawn is going to have to get better the same way it got sick, slowly. But I’m pleased with what Grass Roots turf has done for me so far. Thanks again Kevin! One of these times I’ll be home when you come through and I’ll tell you in person.

Horrible service, untrained technicians, poor grass outcomes. Do NOT use them! They killed my new sod and blamed me for it! Told me I have fungus growing in my yard...then what have you been doing the past 4 years?? Very costly mistake that I am helping you avoid.

Diana, Mitchell, and Michael have all been wonderful. My yard was a mess due to fungus that was not treated by the previous service that I used. They were helpful also in providing references for someone to replace the dead sod. Diana made multiple trips out to assess the status and advise on next steps.

Zachary was awesome. Arrived first thing in the morning and explained exactly what he was doing and took the time to answer all of my questions. Explained how the st Augustine grass and Bermuda grass would grow and was all around awesome. Also explained what to expect in the next few weeks and months in terms of treatments. We use Grassroots for both our lawn care and our trees and shrubs. Pat takes care of our trees and shrubs while Kevin is our go to on our Bermuda lawn. Both are excellent and are well-versed in their fields! Each Spring, we also take advantage of their liquid aeration which has helped my lawn tremendously! We’ll never go back to those manual aerators. I appreciate the fact that you can your text your service tech directly and that they always offer recalls on treatments.

After hiring and firing various other lawn maintenance and weed control companies , either for ineffective results or inconsistent service I’ve settled on Grass Roots after seeing a neighbors lawn always look better than mine. My wife and I did a rather large Zeon Zoysia upgrade over the Bermuda we had, and now won’t trust anyone other than Grass Roots to maintain. Our tech Jeff Baker is a gem, 5 years plus taking care of our lawn like it was his own. Many kudos.
