Grasslands Nursery

We unfortunately lost a tree earlier this year and was looking for something to replace it. We needed something quite large to fill the space and came across Grasslands Nursery. I'm super impressed with their service. The plants arrived, looking really beautiful and healthy. True to the size as stated on their website, delivered within the time frame specified, and very quick to respond to messages. What more could you want. Excellent service. Highly recommended A☆☆☆☆☆

I ordered 55 bare root beech trees, 1 to 1.2 m tall. They arrived in timely fashion, well packaged and was well informed of despatch and delivery timeliness. All the plants looked healthy and I planted them within 24 to 36 hours of delivery arrival

I bought 6 of thuja Emerald Root Ball 180/200cm. They arrived in amazing condition. Very healthy and in a big size. I planted them as a private fence. They are thicker (more green) than the ones I saw in B&Q. Love it. Can wait to see they getting bigger so I won’t see my neighbours side 😝

Ordered and paid for 10 hornbeam. After a few days I received a phone call to say they didn’t have the size I ordered so I needed to pay extra for the larger size, which I did. Three of the plants arrived clinging to life. The others are fine.

Not really happy with the service and the plants that came looked like they were dying. I rang up after orders around 10 plants and didn’t realise I’d ordered the wrong size. Said to the lady on the phone “I’ll have to get them delivered as they’ll be too big to fit in my car” she said ok and put down delivery. Didn’t realise it was just a handful of small plants. When they came they look half dead.

Went to buy two trees as noted previously that all the trees and plants look healthy and looked after! We chose two trees and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful giving us advice on planting. The delivery notifications were very helpful and the delivery driver was friendly and gave good advice regarding planting. We are really happy with our beautiful trees and will definitely go to Grasslands for more trees and plant, would fully recommend!

I'm delighted with the hedging plants I received 8 days ago. They appear to be in great condition and are exactly as described, 2 metres tall, plus. An instant hedge!

brilliant experience, I ordered two large Laurels and they came two days later to Kent at 7.30 am, they were exactly the same as the picture on the website and in beautiful condition. The driver was incredibly helpful and strong as an ox her carried them from the van on the street across my drive down an alley and carefully laid them down behind my house for me. When I tried to lift them later I nearly broke my back they weighed a ton and he made them look like nothing! I am absolutely delighted with Grasslands and will be ordering some more trees soon.

Great experience from start to delivery. I ordered a couple of large cherry laurel bushes.The online ordering process was very easy. I had a confirmation email within a day, and the plants were delivered within 4 days. The plants were in a good healthy condition and left in a safe place. I have used a number of other plant suppliers in the past and Grasslands have been the best by far. I would recommend and will be using again.👏👍

Friendly, & so helpful. I phoned to ask if it was possible to totally change our order from one hedge product to another. Expecting the usual, "Computer says, no!" The so lovely lady stated, "Yes of course." So, I 'rebalanced' what I had already paid & she helpfully told me the revised products had incurred a little extra cost, which I gratefully paid. Then you won't believe this, I realised there was one different bush I also required. So phoned, I think a day or two later & asked could I add this to my order. "Of course you can!" When they advised of the delivery day, they not only stuck to it, but gave updates of the expected precise delivery time! The delivery driver was great, helpful & did the job very professionally & quickly. All round a great company & one it was a pleasure to do business with. Well done Grasslands!
