I can’t say enough good things about Phil. From day one, he has listened with compassion and taken my concerns seriously. He validates what I’m feeling and works with me step-by-step to figure out what’s going on and what will truly help. I’ve felt more supported in the last year with him than I have in a long time. I’m incredibly grateful for the care, patience, and time he gives — it has genuinely made a difference in my life.

Best care for stitches! Phil took amazing care for my 4 year old daughter. Staff were accommodating, professional and so patient with children. Phil executed the procedure with unparalleled precision. The flat rate cost was very affordable- in fact it cost us less than if I had gone elsewhere that bills insurance. I’m so grateful that the clinic could fit us in last minute when my daughter took a fall and cut her face. We are so lucky to have Granite Mountain Urgent Care.

This was the absolute best experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office. I was pretty desperate to get my son seen today without taking him to a hospital. He had hives and symptoms of strep throat. Urgent care, and most doctor offices were booked out for not just today but days. I called Granite Mountain urgent care and was spoken to with nothing but kindness and reassurance on getting help. They are a private pay practice, the prices are very affordable for the care you get. If I took him to urgent care it would be nearly the same price and the care here was phenomenal. My son was heard, I was heard, the doctor spent time getting to know us and figuring out how to help us. I will be signing up to see Dr. Phillip again as a Primary Care for myself and kids!! From the moment we walked in and meet the assistant to the moment we left, we were welcomed, helped and cared for. My son has never been so happy and talkative at a doctor’s office.

What an excellent experience! First time patient, called and received same day treatment for severe illness. Service was top notch, the provider was so kind and informative, took the time to explain the tests and outcome, everyone was compassionate and professional. The visit was very reasonably priced., in fact I've never had such amazing care and at such a low price!! It's definitely not like most medical offices that just leave you feeling like a number. I highly recommend!

We highly recommend Granite Mountain Urgent Care and Health Clinic! I took my teenager into this urgent care and the staff were AMAZING! Josh was very professional and welcoming. Phillip is a very attentive, kind, honest, and compassionate practitioner. My daughter needed IV fluids. We were able to get them in the office. Phillip and Josh really helped her through her anxiety about needles. The service was FANTASTIC, they are upfront with their pricing and a lot faster than other places in town!

I had a great experience at Granite Mountain Urgent Care with my 11-year-old daughter. They were able to get us in quickly, and the staff was extremely thorough and professional throughout our visit. My daughter was feeling nervous, but they went out of their way to help settle her anxiety, making her feel comfortable and safe. After examining her, they diagnosed her with strep throat and determined she needed an IV. My daughter has had trouble with IVs in the past, but Phil was so patient and skilled, and he got it in quickly and pain-free. They even provided her with a pillow and a blanket, which made a huge difference in keeping her calm and comfortable. Highly recommend Granite Mountain Urgent Care for their exceptional care and attention to detail!

Absolutely love this place! The team here was able to get me in immediately with their same day appointments to see my daughter. Did a great job with her as she’s 3. Treated quickly with care and sent home with a popsicle! ❤️

Understaffed, rushed, and unprofessional. The front desk person was also the nurse, and the doctor seemed annoyed the whole time — even when I was just trying to get a urine sample. No real tests were done, just told it “might” be an inflamed appendix and to go to the ER if it got worse. When I asked for a work note (after paying out of pocket since they don’t take insurance), the doctor made assumptions, got my name wrong, and still didn’t sign the corrected note. Now I’m $4k in debt chasing bad info. Avoid this place.

Extremely grateful that I made this phone call. I was explained briefly of the possibly of a phone appointment, had that appointment set, and was speaking with the doctor within two hours. Not that this may always be the case, but they did the best they could to get me taken care of quickly, because of a nasal infection that was producing jawline pain. The interview was brief, and I was able to get an antibiotic the same day. Again, that was my situation, but they were very accommodating, concerned, professional , and diligent in getting me taken care of. I highly recommend them.

So I don't say bad things about ppl, but this is the second time that my husband has called or gone yo an appt & was treated like crap. I don't know what's going on but if you are thinking about going please rethink it. They will treat you like crap if you ask any questions.
