Granite Expo San Jose

Originally I was very impressed but then my impression changed. Over the past several months I bought two kitchens and six vanities. I’m pleased with the cabinets. The first problem was a vanity sink separated from the countertop. Ok. It happens. A two hour round trip to get a new top. The second problem was they left off a major component of the second set of cabinets. These cabinets were identical to the first set. All that was needed was to copy and paste. Ok. That happens even with a second two hour trip. No apology for their error. They weren’t rude but indifferent. Like it’s something that happens all the time and they don’t care. Ok fine. So I’m going to leave a negative comment and move on.And I won’t recommend them. Life is good.

Worked with Harrison and had an amazing experience. He was there to answer all questions and meet all my needs. Was able to deliver a great product at a great price and on time, which is hard to do. Will definitely be working with him in the future. Can’t wait until the rest of my kitchen gets put together!

Excellent on-time service! We needed European style cabinets in 4 weeks time frame and we got them before time. Great quality cabinets and well finished. Really loved it! Liz and Connie helped us with design and they both were wonderful to work with. They understood our space and needs and accommodated all our kitchen cabinets requirements. I will refer them to my friends and for any of my future home needs. A big thank you to Granite Expo team!

Great experience working with Connie and Haley. We did some custom quartz countertops that turned out great. The installers were very helpful too on a few options. And cleaned it all up after.

Liz helped me design the kitchen cabinets and coordinate with the vendor to support all my demands. It was a great experience. I had several ideas about many details of the design and Liz was very patient to satisfy them. It will be perfect if they can support adding LED under the cabinets. I have to do ask my contractor to add it, which is not the best looking.

I purchased cabinet and marble in this store. This is how it looks like in our kitchen, and it is a completely disaster. Looks so different from what's showing in the store. All they can tell me is to wait for three weeks, and the color will becomes normal, which means our whole remodeling project will delay for 3 weeks.

I bought so much stuff from this store and multiple times, but after 2 year and two bad experiences from this store I cannot recommend it. Staff are quick to sell, but service is not good after once purchased and they gave me wrong information.

We were looking for Lago bp902 vinyl floor planks which were backordered in multiple places including Granite expo. Liz gave us a great price and got it ready for us within the timeline that we were looking for. Very happy with the service!
