We purchased new Quartz countertops and backsplash from Roman. He was thorough and patient with us while we made our decisions. He followed up with us when we had questions, but never rushed us or pressured us, which was nice. Alex took the measurements and when he had questions, I asked his opinion and he gave me his honest feedback because (like how much cantilever I wanted over the farm sink or where to stop the backsplash). Ivan and Nick were our installers and did a top notch job. Respectful to my house and floors and left it as clean if not cleaner than how they found it. Every step of the process went smooth and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! I highly recommend Granite Depot of Charleston!

We have a great handyman so we were just looking for stone to upgrade our bathroom countertops and fireplace stone. When we stumbled across this business they said they provide the stone and do the installation. We thought we well might as well use them because it would simplify the process. We were very wrong. We are left with dry wall issues and holes in the floor around the fireplace base. They said these things are not in their scope. So now we still need to hire our handyman to clean up the projects and we didn't budget for that. We had many discussions before signing the contract with our sales person, Roman, and Alex that came to our house to take measurements. They deny those conversations happened. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing and don't trust at all that they care about their quality of work. I will say the stone is beautiful but they shouldn't offer to install it without being very clear about the end result. We honestly wouldn't have used them so I think that is point of not clearly communicating.

The entire experience with Granite Depot of Charleston was incredible. Roman our salesman walked us through the entire warehouse to choose the counter top we wanted without any pressure and was very patient and understanding on what we were looking for. The laser measurements were perfect and the removal and new installation was efficient and completed in just a few hours. The entire staff was so helpful, answering our questions and were very professional and kind. Overall they were a pleasure doing business with. We found Roman and GraniteDepot to be great to work with. Even though we just had a small laundry room project they went right to work finding us a nice counter top material. Measuring and installation was made easy by their install crew. Very happy with the finished product. GraniteDepot also did up our bathroom vanity a few years ago. Highly recommend.

Amazing company. Very responsive and looking out for our best interest. Did not try to up sale us, let us take our time to make a decision and once the decision was made they installed it sooner than the estimated timeframe. Daria was an excellent representative at the showroom and warehouse, very knowledgeable and steered us in the right direction. Ivan and Max installed the marble. They were detailed oriented, paid impeccable attention to detail, and made sure to clean up any mess that was made during install. Overall an A+ experience. We have other projects to do in our house and we will continue to use Granite Depot of Charleston.

Roman and the team here are great. He was so patient with me while I was indecisive. When I shared my budget, he was able to give me several options within and went out of his way to find me the material I wanted in my price range. The guy who came to template as well as the installers were also friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience overall and love the result!

The time, attention, and care we received from Marina from the first communication was everything a client would hope for. We were made to feel valued and important throughout the whole process. Marina’s attention to detail, timely responses to questions and concerns, and availability were all outstanding. In no way were we rushed, in fact, she encouraged our careful consideration of all options and truly wanted us to find the perfect counters that we would be happy with. Demo, counter installation, and then backsplash installation occurred on the date and time initially given. The crews were careful so as not to cause any damage to existing floor, cabinets, walls, ect. Ivan did an outstanding job with our tile backsplash installation. Everyone was friendly and reassuring throughout the process. We are very pleased! We would recommend Granite Depot, and Marina, to anyone looking to upgrade their home. Working with them was a great experience!

I had such a great experience with Granite Depot! Ivan and his team did an amazing job installing a beautiful new countertop in one of my bathrooms. The quality of the work is outstanding, and they went above and beyond in every way to make sure everything was perfect and I was happy. Elena and the Granite Depot team are simply amazing! This month April 2026, the Granite Depot installed our granite counter tops in under 7 days from the day we gave them the order and a deposit. If you have purchased granite before; under 7 days is really fast. The amazing things about the Granite Depot are multiple. First, the stone on display at their yard is extensive with virtually every possible color or pattern available. Dealing with Elena is a very positive experience. She actually remembers your name after one discussion. Then comes the measurements to give you an accurate quote. Alex shows up with lasers, computer, laser targets for every little detail in 3-D graphics on his computer. The computer generated map of your install area is then cut precisely to fit perfectly. There is no guess work, no chance of "Whoops" or apologies; simply perfection in every aspect. The install and the total craftsmanship of the little details, like a seam where the fit is so perfect the seam virtually disappears. The price for all of this was below what we expected to pay and I seriously doubt any other granite shop will beat the prices at The Granite Depot. we cannot say enough good things about Granite Depot in North Charleston. We had great service with Yulia as our sales person. Ivan is our installer and Denis as a plumber. They were very efficient professional and did a beautiful job. Our kitchen has been transformed by our quartz countertops and sinks as well as my bathrooms. We highly recommend them to anybody in the whole thing took less than two weeks from the minute we walked into their showroom to the day it was done and at a very good price.
