The spa has a very nice, clean, and welcoming environment. The staff are friendly and professional. I tried a few massages and the therapists were excellent—I’m very happy with the results. I will definitely come back in the future!

Was feeling tired muscleache then heard from my colleage saying this particular spa worth to visit. Give a shot and was greeted by this lady name Karen. Very nice lady with soft speakkng tone. At times i request heavier on my shoulder she didnt make a single noise. Worth for a relax true massage at this place. Highly recommd Karen but leave the choice to you all. Will return again next week.

Thank you to Receptionist Elise for her careful explanation of the different massage options. I ended up choosing the 1.5-hour hot oil massage. It helped relieve the soreness in my shoulders and neck. The masseuse was very skilled. I will definitely be back.

Xena is friendly and would check in time to time during the massage to ensure strength is adequate. She takes notes of feedback and would adjust accordongly. front desk is friendly and helpful and they respond quickly via whatsapp message!

The Worst Massage Experience I’ve Ever Had in Singapore I feel extremely angry and regretful after my visit. The one-hour massage was completely unprofessional — the therapist didn’t hit any of the right points at all. Instead of helping, it made my back even more painful. I told the therapist several times that it was too painful, but she didn’t adjust the pressure at all. To make things worse, the front desk staff were dismissive and showed no concern when I mentioned the problem. It felt like they didn’t care at all about customer feedback. I honestly feel I completely wasted my time and money. I would have been much better off sleeping at home for an hour than coming here. I could have gone to my usual place, but I trusted this one because it’s nearby — and that trust turned into the worst experience I’ve ever had. This is by far the most disappointing and painful experience I’ve had in Singapore. I truly regret coming here and hope no one else has to go through the same.

Visited on weekday, was served by the lovely & friendly receptionist Elaine. She was very patient to explain the packages in details, very professional in handling my inquiries. Took the 90 minutes hot oil massage. Massage on point and fell asleep during the sessions. Thumbs up to the team👍

Worst experience. Taken a 90min session and left disappointed as the masseuse was away for 15min in pretext of getting hot oil twice. To my surprise the hot oil was not even hot or warm and I can even excuse that if the rest of the 75min would be in a good massage session but here also the masseuse was very much inexperienced, With no skill hands.
