We are a small family run business, which specialises in model railways, diecast models, kits and much more. We stock a wide range from the following suppliers:
Airfix, Bachmann, Dapol, Gaugemaster, Graham Farish, Hornby, Metcalfe and Oxford Rail & Diecast.
We also stock a small range of Kadee (coupling), Walthers, Noch, Preiser, Humbrol paints and childrens toys.

Super model shop. It may be small but carries a wide range of stock, if they don't have it they can order it. Really friendly and helpful and happy to demonstrate or show product. Have a good web site for mail order. The shop is all on one level inside Selby's Superbowl 10 pin bowling which has plenty of parking. Do check the website for opening times as it is not open every day. Grandads train shop is my first port of call when looking for model railway items. Good prices and super customer service.

Top class service reduced, northern Ireland based customer. I ordered online on 28 Oct and items were dispatched next day, received by post soon afterwards. Packaging superb and level of customer service outstanding. Would definitely order again! Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
