Grand Valley Towing

My truck broke down and I needed a tow. Did a quick Google search and this company showed up with glowing reviews. The experience was the same for me. Fast response and affordable price. As an added perk I got a ride to my destination. I rode with Andrew and his truck was super clean. We had a good chat on our 30min drive. Hopefully I don’t need a tow again, but if I do, I know who I can call.

Driver was a great guy. Even with the extreme cold whether we’re having. Just was all around great service was in a tight spot after work stuck with my truck overheating and made it to me in decent time. Would recommend everytime

Jason was absolutely amazing! He was quick, so helpful, and most importantly kind. I’ve had a rough week and his kindness carried me through the rest of my day. On top of that, his customer service was OUTSTANDING. He was attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything I needed was taken care of. 10/10

Great experience! Jeff was great and allowed me to stay inside as we had already put keys in car and I have small children. True blessing to have our car taken care of as it won’t start anymore and needs to be taken to mechanic.

I had a great experience with Grand Valley Towing. Nathan came out to tow my truck after I had a popped tire, but instead of automatically towing it, he suggested changing it to my spare tire, which ended up being a much better and more affordable option. He arrived in less than 20 minutes and had my tire changed in about 2 minutes. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced. I really appreciated his honesty and efficiency. Highly recommend!

I’m so glad I called Grand Valley Towing on this snowy day in January when my car slid sideways and I was unable to get out of the snowbank. Andrew, the wonderful tow truck driver was there to pull me out within approximately 12 minutes! He was very helpful, courteous and friendly and seemed happy I didn’t have any damage done to my vehicle. I’m giving them a 5 star rating and will keep their number in my phone always! Had a great experience with this company. My tow truck driver was very kind, made small talk that helped ease the stress, and got me where I needed to go safely. He also gave me helpful ideas on how to fix my vehicle and even offered a cheaper drop-off option, which I really appreciated. Professional, honest, and genuinely helpful—highly recommend. They arrived within a half hour to pull me out of the ditch, others were stating 2 hours!! I was sent a text when they were on the way and the driver called when he was within 5 miles. Driver was extremely friendly. I would definitely use them again!

They are true professionals. Communication was excellent and they were right on time. They had to get my car out of my garage when the car would not shift into neutral. I thought it was going to be impossible. Not a problem for Grand Valley Towing.

Ian Was my driver and he did exceptional work given the below 0°F conditions, had the utmost confidence in his help and his work and skills were 2nd to none truly TOP NOTCH Service, couldn't be happier with the service and work done. Got there in less then 15 minutes got it off the street in front of the hospital in no time!
