Grand Valley Towing and Transport

We can’t say enough good things about Grand Valley Towing. Not only are they really quick and efficient, they’re also really good people who care about people. In the three instances we’ve had to use them, we were met with abundant kindness and compassion, and weren’t made to just feel like another paycheck for them. They’ve always made sure we were safe and okay before any conversation took place about a plan. They’ve sat with me while I was stranded on the highway in the middle of winter with a newborn and three other munchkins until we could find a ride for all of us. They’ve advocated for us to auto and tire shops and we are so grateful for the care we receive each time.

Absolutely zero accountability for the way their employees act and then when you try to talk to them, they make a mockery of you. Would highly recommend to stay away from would use any company about these people! The owner and staff think everything is a joke!

Erik swooped in and saved the mf-day! Our car was having trouble starting and we couldn't get it to start up for 3 days and a battery charge later we called GVT. He showed up in 30 minutes and he was incredibly professional and very kind. He hopped in the car and got it started saving me the price of the tow and bringing it to a shop. We thought something was seriously wrong but he got it running and we were NOT CHARGED. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable (recommended a solution to our problem) and very understanding. This was my second encounter with GVT and both times they were EXCELLENT.
