I wish I could emphasize in words just how amazing this shop is! Jose went above and beyond in a time when I was literally told by everybody else my car was pretty much helpless. He took one look at my vehicle & said he could have it repaired in a day & at a reasonable price. Not only did he stay true to his word, he also provided transportation for the day that I was without my vehicle because I had to take my grandmother for eye surgery. I was initially worried how can they fix my car so quickly, but like I said—they stay true to their word! If you don’t believe me, just look at the before and after pictures. The car is in flawless condition. It was a pleasure doing business with them! I most definitely will be referring this shop going forward! Easy 10 out of 10… Thank you so much for your hard work and effort & getting this done in such a timely manner. Your good work definitely did not go unnoticed, but greatly appreciated!

José walked me through everything from the start, and it all played out exactly as he said it would. The quality of the work was top-notch, and I was especially impressed with the 24-hour turnaround. They kept it simple, clear, and delivered results. Highly recommend the Southside location if you want honest, quality work done fast. Jose knew I was visiting family and offered to deliver the vehicle to where I was located.

I like to support small businesses but this business has given me reasons not to. They had my car for 30 days. When I first spoke to the owner he said once he got the part he needed I would have my car within a couple of days. He told me my car would be ready on a certain day and it wasn’t. He told me he ordered the part that was needed and he was waiting for it but I know it wasn’t ordered because I had the insurance company put a stop on the check. He made everything sound so great and he had a great turnaround time so that’s why I used him. Insurance agent told me he was rude to her. The owner is nothing but a liar and will say anything to get your business. Stay away from this business. I only wished I read the reviews first. I know he will be on here trying to defend his business but don’t believe anything he says.

Customer service is HUGE to me and Grand Collison Center DELIVERED!!! My son's car needed his bumper painted and replaced. I dropped off the bumper Wednesday and Friday morning my son drove over and got it replaced on the spot! Hassle and stress free! I highly recommend this place!!! Professional, Prompt, and Friendly!

Service was amazing! I took my car in to fix my dent. The service was quick- I was able to get my car the next day. He even lent me a loner so I would not be without a car! 10/10 recommend!

I would like to thank Grand Collision Center for doing what they do best. My daughter's Dodge Challenger had been vandalized and looked pretty bad. It was my first time having to deal with this type of situation on what to do and where to go get my car fixed . Jose went above and beyond and provided nothing but a great experience. Him and his team were ready to get to work on my car without any doubt. He also provided a car that I used the whole time my car was getting fixed because i didn’t have a rental . Which was a huge help without having to worry about how I’ll be able to get to work . My car looks great like never ever happened.
