Paneer Tikka is an Indian dish made from chunks of a special type of cheese called paneer. The fresh cheese is marinated in spices and then it is grilled in special a cylindrical clay oven. This oven is called a tandoor oven which is traditionally used in most states and regions of Indian. The spiced chunks of paneer, are then arranged on a stick with bell peppers, onions and tomatoes which are then grilled in a tandoor. The dish is thereafter seasoned with lemon juice and chaat masala and dressed on a plate and served hot.
