Kadai Paneer, is an Indian dish made by cooking paneer and bell peppers in a fragrant, freshly ground spices as essential ingredients for arriving at the right balance of flavors. Paneer is a fresh acid-set cheese common made from full-fat milk. The cheese used in making paneer is distinct in that it is a soft, non-aged cheese which is non-melting and uniquely made by curdling milk with a fruit or vegetable-derived acid, such as lime or lemon juice. During preparation the spices are ground into a powder before adding them as ingredients into the mix. This dish is usually served with garlic naan, chilli naan, buttered naan, paratha, roti, plain boiled rice or pulao {pelau} rice jeera rice, or steamed basmati rice.
